What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

I love how easy it is to use attendance on demand. Clocking in has never gone so quickly.

Each individual is given a unique code and it helps! Time card corrections and time off requests are also extremely easy to navigate

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

There is a lag sometimes when I click log in, the time off request dates can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it's easy peasy from there!!

Easy to use

Clocking in when you work remotely, managing all time cards. Team members can be assigned to different members of leadership and it makes it easier to use and clock in

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

I like that the software had a list of my benefits, days off and vacation days. It was always up to date and I didn't have to calculate how many days I had already used and how many remained.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

I didn't really like the notes section when requesting off. I felt the need to explain why I needed the days off I was already entitled to.

What problems is Attendance on Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?

Less confusion about how much time I needed to make up and kept track of how many times I went past my 40 hours a week.

It is an awesome software that tracks your attendance for work. It helps with time off and sends it directly to your supervisor

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

Easy to clock in and out. Easy to navigate. I am able to have app on my phone or use on computer. Ability to use and work from home or at the office. Easy to track my time worked and log in on paper log at work with accuracy. Enjoy and appreciate the 'portability' of it...having it on my phone, at home, and at work.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

I haven't found anything that I dislike as of this date. Easy to navigate and utilize, so no complaints here.

Recommendations to others considering Attendance on Demand:

Ease of use would be my best compliment and recommendation for using/considering using Attendance on Demand.

What problems is Attendance on Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?

Don't have to rely totally on paper trail; am able to correlate my digital clock in with Attendance on Demand with our paper 'sign in log' at work. Am able to check at home, on mobile, or at work; that makes it super convenient and a real time-saver.

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

Attendance on Demand (AOD) is extremely user friendly. The fact that we can install an app on our phones is so very helpful. So we can check in even if our internet is down. Can also go in and check daily, weekly, and monthly hours/totals. Check my schedules and messages too. So, many things to do besides just 'punch' in and out.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

I haven't found anything I really dislike thus far. Except for sometimes, there is lag when I tap/hit the 'punch' button to clock in/out. Other than that, it serves my purposes well.

Recommendations to others considering Attendance on Demand:

The simplicity and user friendliness make it a winner for both the employees and the administration.

What problems is Attendance on Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have to clock in with an antiquated old paper system, or machine that 'clocks' you in and out. No old time cards to keep up with and file away. Just need to remember an ID number and PIN number. That's it. Easy peasy.

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

Timekeeping and accruals tracking all in one place. As well as the ability to integrate with various payroll software makes the process seamless for payroll.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

The reporting capability could be a bit more robust. And accruals balances aren't in an obvious place and if there are multiple accrual buckets (vacation and sick etc) the balances for each have to be viewed individually rather than as a list

What problems is Attendance on Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?

AOD is helping to keep track of time cards and accrual balances as well as cutting my payroll input time in half.

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

I like that Attendance on Demand keeps track of vacation and sick pay. Also gives you a break down of your time worked. I can clock in multiple times a day and it keeps track of every time with no limits. This system keep track of work schedule too. It tells you what hours you work and when you are scheduled to be off. If needed you could keep track of your travel in this system. It also allows you to keep track of education hours and floating holidays. I enjoy that you have to approve your time card before your company can that way you agree with exactly what you will be paid for.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

I wish that it was not in military min. I wish it did not time out so easily but except for that there is nothing that I dislike. I think that the system could be a little more compact. There are a lot of different areas to go looking through when you need some thing.

It is really simple to use and teach others to use.

Keeping track of exactly when I clock in and out. It is able to keep track of benefits such as vacation and sick pay. It also allows employees to request days off and managers to approve it all through one system.I think this system makes it easy for managers and employees to stay on the same page.

What do you like best about Attendance on Demand?

Time & Attendance was very easy to use, it was very user friendly for users as well as managers. As an Admin I was easily able to add a new supervisor and move a group of employees under. We did have alot of rules and policies set up which at times made it complicated if you made a change. I loved the schedule set up and we used this function alot as we have alot of different work schedules.

What do you dislike about Attendance on Demand?

Reporting was not as robust as I would like. I will say support was helpful and prompt in getting me data if needed.

Recommendations to others considering Attendance on Demand:

Good solid software. Never had major issues and anytime I had questions support was very prompt in responding and/or resolving.

What problems is Attendance on Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?

With many locations this really helped stop working with paper time cards being emailed, faxed and faxes would fail employees would be frustrated. I also loved that we had our salary employees approve their time even though salary due to any PTO they had.
