Atomchat is great platform for marketplace business because allow easley demand and supply sides to connect instantly between them. Moreover, the comunication can also be done with video and audio call.

My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. With video calling on AtomChat, we can have actual face-to-face talks wherever we are, which has made a significant difference in my life.

While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue.

AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

The high-quality video and audio calling is the aspect of AtomChat that I appreciate the best, if I had to single it out. The video conversations are incredibly clear; there is no latency, pixelation, or choppiness, and I can see my loved ones clearly. The audio calls also sound excellent, with no echoes or artificial voices. When we use AtomChat for video or audio chats, it truly seems like we are all in the same room. No other chatting program I've tested comes close to the smooth call quality AtomChat provides. Having such dependable, virtual face-to-face contacts because to AtomChat's excellent video calling capability has completely changed my life.

The little customization possibilities are something I detest, even if generally I'm really satisfied with AtomChat. I like how the program itself has a really simple and uncluttered user experience. I do, however, wish there were more options for customizing my profile and conversations. For instance, it would be fantastic to have more emoji or GIF possibilities, chat color themes, configurable profiles, and extra notification sounds/alerts. By no means are they deal breakers, but more methods to customize AtomChat to my tastes would improve my experience. Although the functionality and fundamental messaging functions of AtomChat are amazing, I believe that additional personalization and distinctiveness would give it that extra shine. I have no significant issues other than that small nit, and I would still heartily suggest it to other customers seeking for a top-notch chat program.

The best thing about this plugin is easy to use. You just need to install and activate to use a bunch of features. Support is very responsive and even they provide one to one sessions if needed

It is a little bit expensive but doesn't matter if this fulfills the customer's needs

Nothing special

As an ed-tech company, we are using AtomChat for a users-to-users chat in our Coaching platform. Up to now, the plug-in effectively works and the admin can well-manage the chat environment with friendly configuration.

It would be perfect if AtomChat can include the chat function for Customer Service because as a website, we cannot use multiple plug-ins (one for internal chat, another one for CS).

As mentioned, we want to merge AtomChat as our CS chat and replace the Facebook business chat to avoid putting too much pressure on our website. Rather than that, AtomChat is working well as an internal chat platform, the AtomChat staff is also very supportive and helpful.

The chat integrates very easily to the most popular website systems, It has great features starting from the basic plan and the support staff responds very fast to any inquiry.

Atomchat is performing very well, so no negative points.

Atomchat provides our website users, the perfect way to communicate and share information, files & media; Atomchat includes a wide variety of options for users that can be managed from a complete admin panel.

Simple setup to run but had the ability for me to customise with api to tailor to more advanced needs.

Video chat had some trouble with older iphone with portrait landscape orientation but it might of been more old iphone issues than video chat.

The chat system is separate from hosting and can be scaled/customised as required.
