What do you like best about Atolia?

Atolia is easy to use, very intuitive, makes organizing your planning much easier.

What do you dislike about Atolia?

I can't say I dislike anything yet, but I know there are a lot of features i haven't used yet, so i will have to look into that.

What problems is Atolia solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows my colleagues and I to make sure everything is up to date and to let everyone know what everyone is doing and has to do (we mainly use the planning and calendar part)

Le fait que l'on puisse organiser la vie de la communauté par canaux de discussion permet de hiérarchiser l'information. La section "notes" permet de donner l'ensemble des infos nécessaires pour l'activité bénévole.

What do you dislike about Atolia?

Atolia peut être assez lent, notamment quand on change d'équipe. Cela fait parfois qu'il faut attendre jusqu'à 5 secondes avant de pouvoir consulter ses messages. Aussi, il existe plusieurs problèmes quant à l'utilisation de l'application android (je ne sais pas pour iphone). Les messages ne se mettent pas toujorus à jour.

La diffusion de l'information avec la possibilité d'y réagir. J'avoue ne pas utiliser l'agenda dans mon quotidien. L'onglet connaissance nous permet un accès rapide à notre drive.

What do you like best about Atolia?

the fact that we can create many small groups to communicate, to not be overwelmed and creat categories. also you can answer messages directly so you dont loose track of messages

What do you dislike about Atolia?

the app can be slow sometimes. i would like a way to save messages, and a place were you can keep the documents people send to you. the notes / documents / agenda are not super instinctive to use

What problems is Atolia solving and how is that benefiting you?

it helps me in my job because its the plateform everybody use. we can communicate easily on it and not miss important informations. i work in an association all around France and we can still be in touch easily

It requires much less effort to adopt than many other digital environments. Once you start to use ATOLIA, you will enjoy it as it effectively helps to work together better.

ATOLIA is very often an additional tool in a digital workspace. But this tool adds a lot of value as it enables users from different environments to positively interact .

I use ATOLIA to support collaboration in complex AGILE projects to deliver on time in full.

Overall a good product, but can add more integrations with other tech tools.

Collaborating with my remote team. Starts in a few clicks and gathers everyone and all collaborative features in one single workspace.
