I work as a wellness Coordinator and use atlas everyday. It is easy to check patients in, coordinate with other clinics, and alerts you when important forms are missing. In addition, the dashboard is helpful as well because it allows you to review monthly sales and will suggest helpful tips to increase performance.
First, there will be times when I get too many pop ups stating that "we cannot change the home clinic status" even when I change screens or tabs. Secind, Scroll down options will sometimes get stuck open and patients can get stuck in the patient queue. Atlas could one more option to find patients in the system such as an email. DC back office treatment recommendations should include daily and 5x a week.
Atlas is always updating however, the support team is very communicative of all the changes they do. Plus, Atlas has a support option that contains helpdesk contact info if you need help .
Actionable phone calls help to decrease attrition and contains helpful call scripts to follow. Plus, real time metrics allows us to review patient accounts that have past due balances and expired credit cards.
It is very easy to navigate. It is easy to find patients and add notes.
The only thing I did not know is if you do not clear out “check ins” daily it will slow down the program significantly. Also you are not able to copy and paste notes to another acct.
Don’t have ant
This program helps us with remembering certain important details about our patients and help us with “pit stops” that come up when a patient checks in. For example if we need certain information or require a signature and need a reminder when that patient comes in, we can program in “pit stop” for an alert to show up when they check in.
It’s ability to function in various modes. Ex, screen calling, PVC screen
Needs a better way for instant messaging between computers.
It has allowed the office to be organized and efficient. Stores all important information and works with third party chiropractic softwares.
I like that it is intuitive when it comes to scheduling and patient records. It's pretty straightforward in that regard. Interface is pretty basic for the most part
I wish it was a little better in terms of in app messaging. I also think it could stand to look more up to date in terms of fonts, color schemes, etc. And overall just faster!
It's handy for keeping track of outstanding balances, keeping patient records easily accessible, and appointment scheduling. Also for managing patient notes/ info
What I like most about this product is that it is an online system, so users can log in from anywhere.
Some areas for improvement are in the reporting metrics. The calculations are not 100% accurate, and the criteria for which the reports are created is pre-selected; meaning users cannot create their own criteria-specific reports.
I would advise someone who is considering this product to think about what kind of business they are running; spa, chiropractic, fitness, etc. You may also want to consider the scope of your practice; insurance, copays, etc. I'm not sure how this system would work with those practices that accept insurance; we are not currently a practice that accepts insurance.
Our business flows very well, being that we are a corporately franchised business. We need to be able to accommodate members from other locations. We are able to update member information, billing, etc. which is very helpful. It also helps us to ensure that our members can use all of our locations nationwide with no issues.

Atlas has some cool features, in regards to touch screen and iPad integration.
There is so much that is lacking in terms of functionality and efficiency. Automated things are not possible, lack of flow.
There are other updated softwares I would recommend.
compliance is easier to monitor for patient communication.
