solid product with great support
What do you like best about Atera?
The product just works. We haven't had any major issues, mostly minor how do I do this type of stuff. I also like that I pay by technician not by device. They keep adding new features to the overall product, which I like. I can suggest enhancements and if enough of their users want the same thing, they will put it in the product.
What do you dislike about Atera?
I haven't found anything yet, and this is the third place that I have implemented it.
What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management. Prior to impementing Atera, we were lucky if we even thought we knew that our devices are getting patched. Now, it's one report and if we missed anything, we can quickly go back and get them patched.

What do you like best about Atera?
Atera played important roles in providing remote access tool four our team which was managing around 150+ end points. Its centralised management system really liked by our team and dashboard has all the features required for team management.It provides feature of ticket management and monitoring on daily basis.
What do you dislike about Atera?
Atera 's integration can be made more better with tools like quickbooks and earlier remote session freezes sometimes it is now fixed currently so no other issues.
What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atera helped us with monitoring solution to working with team in different zones.In comparision to teamviewer it is much cheaper and better in performance. And its central dashboard provides all in solution and saves time.

Atera is a great RMM toolstack for single technicians
What do you like best about Atera?
You only pay per technician. You can have many endpoints, but only have to pay for each technician. It is quite powerful using scripts.

The interface is not quite as polished as ninjaone,

What do you like best about Atera?
Very easy to setup, rollout and use, we've had Atera for over a year now and its ticked all the boxes for us. Remote monitoring, remote assistance all possible and we've got our software patching under control for the first time ever.
What do you dislike about Atera?
We've not come across any limitations using the product but we've barely touched the surface of the features in this product. Would like to learn more of what it can do but time limitations are holding us back at the moment.
What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching has become easier and we can now easily identify what needs doing and where. Accessing end users pc's is now one click from Atera and we can get on with solving problems rather than waiting around for a connection to a problematic pc. Software and hardware auditing reports saved us hours of time when we went through CE certification.

Great all around IT Dept and MSP RMM with AI
What do you like best about Atera?
The AI Assistant is constantly improving, and has offered several helpful scripts. They constantly develop on the entire platform, with new features coming out frequently. It is very easy to add machines, and to organize even a large national department's operations. The KB is first-rate, and its integration into the help portal has been very useful. The reports provide me with a good top-down view into things, and I can drill down easily. My team uses it daily, as do I. Their community is excellent, with lots of engagement by both other users and the support team (who have been very responsive). Overall implementaiton was really easy, with their implementation team offering excellent training.
What do you dislike about Atera?
The chat feature was pulled before it had a chance to really reach maturity - I think it would have been an excellent.
What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atera is our primary RMM tool, and via their marketplace we integrated our Antimalware and EDR security platforms with it. We manage our devices at all levels, track tickets, monitor critical systems, etc.

Atera - A Solid RMM Tool
What do you like best about Atera?
With Atera we have been able to easily support our organization remotely with Spalshtop and its management of Windows Updates also works well. The script library they provide can be very useful as well. Rollout was pretty simple when transitioning from Kaseya by using GPO and scripting to install the agent automatically. We also use it for asset management and that has been going well.
What do you dislike about Atera?
I wish the reporting was a bit more robust and flexible without having to upgrade.

And it's sometimes difficult to look up the contacts that are linked to the notification now have a system where everyone can handle the problems and taking over computers has become easier good system to work in
