What do you like best?

The support is good. They contact us in a short amount of time and are friendly.

What do you dislike?

When extracting website analytics some sections and titles can be misleading inside the tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think it is perfect to tell the analytics and statistics for a website or webspace you are monitoring. Knowing the visits and the link interaction within the website you are tracking and putting everything into readable data and customization graphics is very good. Also, for the reporting to the management part. I think it is less appropriate in organizations where people are not trained on these kinds of tools because they are not really easy to use or understand.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As the CRM Manager, I work with an internal partner relationship management (PRM) platform that we use to communicate and interact with our partners, which in our case, are our customers. Both AT Internet and Birst help us keep track of where the registered customers are interacting more inside this PRM. We want to know which areas of the website they visit the most, how many clicks in the downloads area do they do, etc.

What do you like best?

AT Internet’s Analytics Suite is a web based platform that supports a large number of users at one single time. It is accessible one all types of devices and it can be used to form reports and boards and search for information. It works better for digital companies as compared to non-digital ones. It provides the correct type of assessment and insights for the company. It does what it is supposed to do in an effective manner. It has a wide range of functions and tools offered.The platform can be customized according to the needs of your company and its requirements.

What do you dislike?

The main things which i do not like about it is its interface which is confusing and complex. It is not easy to you and the old version was better in which the interface was easier. The UI needs to be updated in order to work smoothly. Overall there are not any major complaints that I have from this system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

AT Internet’s Analytics Suite offers simplicity while containing a wide range of features. The web version works really fast as compared to its competitors and the export feature is good. The support team is friendly and responds to all of the questions in a professional manner.

What do you like best?

Applications are great for all levels of users. The most basic user can start off right away with PDF reports or viewing dashboards and the most advanced analyst can pull data from the API.

Real-time processed data is available within 4 minutes. It can immediately be sliced and diced in reports and exported.

REST urls allow you to ping their API an unlimited number of times. You can also import REST API urls from other sources and display they in dashboards. The Data Query tool is incredibly powerful and allows you to answer questions very quickly and at the same time, get very detailed data.

There are frequent updates to the tool to release new features or improve existing ones, and the company is very open about the roadmap.

What do you dislike?

Dashboards will throw errors on occasion, maybe once or twice per month.

Access rights are difficult to manage because they are created and set in two different locations.

Conversion funnels need to be updated and modernized, and allow for more flexibility.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to learn about each of the applications and how they apply to you. You may find that only a handful of people really need to learn the tool at an advanced level and everyone else can stick to surface level interactions. If you're doing a lot of customizations set-up can be a little difficult, but the consultants should be able to walk you through everything. Don't be afraid to ask questions or challenge them - in my experience there's a way to accomplish anything you can ask for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving issues with marketing campaigns that are directed to incorrect landing pages or budgeted incorrectly with the real-time data, which saves us money or provides more opportunity. Also with the real-time data we are able to monitor site performance after code pushes to determine whether the push broke anything on the site or is having an immediate negative impact.

We are able to add custom tracking to links, menus, widgets and banners that allow us to analyze the effectiveness of these features and determine their optimum settings.

We can create custom reports that are GA-style in how they can be manipulated to an extent, but not completely changed for users who don't need to learn the back-end of the product. This is more effective in time management and provides the right information to the right people without a lot of upfront cost.

What do you like best?

AT Internet Suite provides a web-based assessment that is accessible on all machines to a number of users at any place in real time. I use the API to generate reporting and boards, where I can simply dig the sort of information and remain on the ground rapidly to get KPIs. It provides just the right assessment to set your objective, to install the tools and to properly comprehend the information.

What do you dislike?

There are some extended reaction moments to accounts centered on big database in certain circumstances. For computer users, it can be really easy to overlook a checking panel and miss some important information. In general, AT Internet Suite is likely to be more stable, as sometimes it needs to recalculate or make any other fixing by a desktop client alternative.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is useful for a company that constantly have to work with media as it is able to analyze cohorts and investigate the interaction between participants and their material. It is less suitable for non-digitally companies with no budget or other powerful business choices. Consider there are certain dimensions that don't operate well together, so you need to really take time to know each one of them.

We use the AT Internet Suite as our primary analytical tool. It is used by all data-driven departments, especially for the Media Research Department, who’s mainly responsible for the application of this internet evaluation software and uses it along with the editorial internet office.

What do you like best?

AT Internet has a range of tools / apps for different target groups within the company. This allows each employee to provide the Analytics solution they need.

The tool is further developed according to customer requirements.

It is quite fast for a web application and is very good handling. Good data export functions and interfaces.

What do you dislike?

Something too fast, too many new tools. This is somewhat complex. In the Rich Media area, the tool might be stronger. But all in all very good.
