What do you like best about AssociationVoice?

The information they provide is relevant to association life/marketing and up to date.

What do you dislike about AssociationVoice?

They send out way too many emails to users.

What problems is AssociationVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

A fair amount of our member communities use Associations voice for community growth and communication amongst members.

What do you like best?

I like that everything is basic on the site - a page can be created, a resource folder can live on a page, and messages can be sent out.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how outdated the system is set up--it takes hours to transfer member data from Jonas to Association Voice. The system lags a lot and makes it a time-consuming process when utilizing the messenger service.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research and make sure this is the right product for your entire staff--it can be hard to understand as it is a very basic software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The system is allowing us to transport our member's data to the site, we can easily communicate with our residents through the messenger service. I've realized sometimes simpler is better and it prevents us from always changing how we communicate.
