AssistEdge is best robotic process automation tool, control tower is good feature we can easily monitor all the BOTS which are setup under our user. monitoring can be done for all robots which are running, stopped, either in error state or in setup state , In all four state BOTS are categorized, we can also check all the machines current state under any one of the profiles of BOTS under our current users, notifications and process view are perfect feature of dashboard to monitor the complete activity.

the thing which i dislike is, interface is not so user friendly , it needs more improvement, so that beginner can also handle, connectivity problem may occur which doesnt starts BOTS easily which are in stopped state, some options in menu pane after clicking opens in new window , should get open in same window but in new tab easily, some time it works very slow, portal takes time to get open.

if we use google to fetch the data for automation, google will identify our bots and then we have to solve the image capcha to resolve this.

It worked well most of the time as visual editor is embedded. So, i can automate things with our c# code. I worked for my client in tail spend management automation process.

I can automate most of my daily repetitive task by simply creating a flowchart of steps involved. interface is user friendly and we don't have to write much code, its just drag and drop. with the help of eva bot i can run or schedule my automation anytime.

on doing automation with the help of google , Google was able to identify the bot and was asking me for image captcha. so my automation was failing in that case. and i had no idea how to bypass this captcha.

I would highly recommend this product to people because with the help of this product we can save a lot of time and manual efforts.various repetitive task which use to consume a lot of time when done manually now can be automated with assist edge.

some routine task of my office was made simple with the help of automation. instead of doing those repetitive task i just had to run the bot.

The best part is the UI of the Assist Edge studio. It doesn't have many button unlike other RPA platforms which makes Assist Edge a User-friendly application w.r.t UI.

Although AE offers almost all the functions which any RPA platform should have, the Admin Module Console is quite messy when it comes to control the BOT. Profile Mapping is a bit tricky tash here in Assist Edge

You can opt Assist Edge for Automation, however, there are other better products in the market for the same purpose which has better capabilities and functions.

There is one thing which I feel bad for the product is that it doesn't have required feature for automation of windows based applications. The deployment is quite stressful for developers.
