You are able to handle dispatching in the most efficient way.

Placing employees on their projects should be much easier. Ex: A drag-and-drop feature should be added.

I have not seen any improvements in the sections I use Assignar.

It keeps track of all the assets we have. Nothing is lost or forgotten with reminders, dates, times and actions scheduled to follow through with. The running diary/journal is like an assets bible.

It would be way faster and more cost-effective to learn the broad package as a whole before diving in and learning as you go. Doing so will prove to be slower with double-ups and re-submissions.

Keeping track of multiple amounts of assets automatically. I only have to wait for alerts and reminders to tell me what to do. Checking each day quickly in the software is far more cost-effective than tracking each asset down manually

We found Assignar to be fairly intuitive and easy to set up for our safety and operations needs.

There has been very little that has come up as a concern or dislike of Assignar.

Assignar helped us streamline and simplify our safety program. Having all forms and documents easily accessible from anywhere helps us keep projects efficient.

It is like a storage cabinet holding every peice of information in a nice logical easy to find system. Uploading pictures is easy too.

It would be great if you could "bulk" renew asset reminders instaed of address each asset for the same data input

Just tracking assets minute by minute. We let assignar tell us whats going on , once w upload the base information the first time

Lack of permissions within the Form Results

Easy to manage schedule and allocating of resources. As a company, we have been more organized by being able to log and keep track of our assets.

Lots of assistance from Assignar staff. Always looking for feedback from users to improve the system. Can export details to upload into our Job Costing system easily.

Not easy to allocate transport allocations due to the number of jobs and details that change daily. Allow dockets to be signed remotely if the Supervisor or client representative is not on site.

Worth looking at if you are looking to move from paper-based forms and dockets to submitting electronically and in a timely manner

Utilisation of plant. We know when the machines are available and can chase work immediately. people know where they are going and what machines they are operating.

Reporting tools gives us the ability to get our data out the way we want it.

Documentation is the weakest area, don't need the documentation very often.

Removing paper from the field, faster access to the data, and ability to share the data with others.

It has saved me a tremendous amount of time with payroll and AR. It also has made our paperwork very efficient

I haven't found anything at this time that I am not happy with

I fully recommend Assignar. The implementation was smooth and quick. Support Team is very helpful

Any problems I have had have only been lack of experience on my end and the resolution/support team has been quick to help get them resolved

Insight reports don't refresh frequently enough. Sort limited to a small number of entries. You can not reassign forms once completed by a person to someone else in the fieldworker to add their views.

Less paper based work. Results from sites are in the office instanly
