I like that Asset Tiger is a great asset management tool, we use it to keep track of all the equipment in the company. It is very strong tool.

Till now, I have nothing to dislike. Everything is working great.

AssetTiger enables my Organization to keep track of all the equipment with the users in the company in a professional and simple way, we can depend on it all the time for equipment tracking.

It's very simple, light and easy to upload all your datas via Excel or CSV.

Sometimes, it can be slow, they may need to consider their hosting site and have mirror sites to other countries.

All our PC assets are now being managed via AssetTiger. I have also started using their contract management. All these 2 problems have eliminated Excel completely. It also have given us transparency in our PC asset management.

I really like the ease and full functionality of how AssetTiger works, especially the free smartphone app. The overall inventory and tracking of equipment is straightforward and saves my department time and money!

Currently, there is nothing that I dislike that AssetTiger has to offer. AssetTiger is worth investing time and money into and doesn't break the bank to do so.

AssetTiger meets all of the needs of our organization and doesn't break the bank to do so. Highly recommend!

AssetTiger is a great tool for the deployment of technology by department and staff member. It allows an image of the technology for a quick reference of what it looked like before deployment. The reporting side of AssetTiger has benefited our department on the total number of types of devices deployed by building, department, and/or individual.

There are few things which I found to be very interesting in this software,

* The asset Manager can list all the available products and that makes it really simple for the user to select the products.

* An acknowledgment email goes to the users and Asset Managers with a detailed description of products received by the user.

I would not be able to share it from the administrative perspective but as a user when I use this software, I felt the user interface is really basic though the functionalities don't have a problem due to this. Just a thought as we use applications daily whose user interface is quite fancy.

I believe it is a go-to software in my opinion for Asset Management.

Easy tracking of the Assets provided to the employees or users and also for the asset managers it is easy to see the deployed assets and track it and renew contracts for the assets that are used on a contract basis. They also facilitate generating barcodes for the products deployed which reduces a lot of manual work from the Asset manager point of view.

Setting up and utilizing AssetTiger is relatively straightforward. AssetTiger makes it simple to keep track of our assets, which is crucial. It has some good features like asset cloning that allows one to stock up on massive numbers of the same assets. Attaching asset photos and related documentation like quotes/ purchase orders/ invoices is another helpful resource. We print asset tags and use scanner to make sign-in or checkout entries. Another feature we love is that it calculates depreciation of the asset and all of this information helps us during our annual audits.

It lacks multifactor authentication, which is one of the primary requirements of software these days, given the security issues around SaaS-based software. Apart from that, once I tried to contact their support staff but couldn't get much out of it. They responded but with a generic response template.

As part of our annual audits, we have to maintain a list of assets in inventory, calculate the depreciation value of the assets and ensure that all purchases in the organization are tagged appropriately. Using asset manager, we print our asset tags and then issue those tags to any new asset in the organization. We have found that now we are able to better organize our assets and are able to prove to our auditors that we have a system in place.

The things I like about AssetTiger are as below:

- It is very easy to use and very powerful for asset management.

- Top-notch security provided by AssetTiger.

- I can easily add or update inventory from the mobile which helps a lot.

The things I don't like about AssetTiger are as below:

- There is an absence of live chat support so we can't get immediate help when we needed.

- When we are sending an email about the problem it takes a longer time to solve the issue.

- The capacity to print resource identifiers with non-consecutive numbers is the largest disadvantage.

If you want a free, powerful, and secure asset management solution then AssetTiger is one of the best solutions. There are several spots where things might be improved. AssetTiger's browser-based version is far superior to the smartphone app. The smartphone app is convenient since it allows you to scanning barcodes with the cameras on any smartphone, however, it is laggy and glitchy. Rest all things very fine and the world very well. You should try once.

AssetTiger helps me a lot in my business. It simplifies my business asset managing work. I can easily update all assets and I can analyze and track my assets in the dashboard easily.

I used assettiger to manage my company and track who is using this, particularly via asset tags. It will help me to know asset values and maintenance reports, monthly auditing. Previously I maintain my company assets in spreadsheets that could be more horrible because if any assets are missing I can't able to track which one is missing and how I spend for maintenance but assettiger is the best solution to track all and get all customized reports also.

Still, now I can't find any major disadvantages to using this software. The only thing I find is I cand able to track software details and license expiry dates. It only supports fixed assets.

I don't have any advice for them they have good software. kindly update software maintenance also because a small startup can afford money for that. if you add software management that could be help maximum of SME'd

I have my own startup and branches in other locations with confidence as I have a good asset tracking tool like assettiger with me. Although they provide free for 250 assets so I get it completely free in future i planned for upgrade based on my requirements.

What we like best about Asset Tiger is the fact that it doesn't take a great deal of effort to implement the system. Many tracking systems require you to build a catalog of all the potential items that could be tracked which is separate of adding the item. The ability to configure views is a great feature.

There is a great deal of repetitive clicks and taps involved when navigating about the system.

Evaluate the needs of your organization and compare to the feature list of this and other programs. You do not want to go down the path of implementing a software only to learn a critical function doesn't exist or comes at an extra cost.

Asset Tiger recently instituted a modest charge when the count of tracked items exceeds certain thresholds. It didn't create a problem, although we will need to think carefully about our needs for a paid service in the future.

The freemium model is the best thing they give us as that is a great kick-start to evaluate and expand the usage

To be honest, we couldn't find a disadvantage with this. Maybe the user interface could be a little more improved.

It greatly helps us in keeping track of the assets we maintain for our employees to provide them when they onboard and to get it back during their smooth off-boarding process.

That is really easy to make a new user and assign the equipment to them.

Well, until now, I did not see any downside, maybe after a while, I'll update the review if I found any!
