The portal allows us to help each other out with rewards and recognitions. It can really bring a team together. I also like the freedom to create challenges internally. My team does fitness and step challenges with points on the line.
It would be cool to see service connectors to step counting devices/apps like fitbit and garmin.
We use Assembly to recognize employees throughout the organziation with ease. This helps us with transparency as our company expands into the global market.
Assembly is an awesome tool to help recognize coworkers and the amazing things they do to help with the day to day! It is an awesome reward system! I love that you can also use it from your phone on the weekends to redeem points!
I haven't run into anything with Assembly that I don't like.
Assembly bridges the gaps between departments. We are able to interact and recognize eachother for the hard work that we do. It helps the office to feel like one big team!
Best way to show support and recognition to fellow employees.
The ability to also reward said employees with some spending cash to spend on whatever they like and makes them happy! :)
I have to say the one thing that I do not like about assembly is that i have to write a sentence to post recognition. I admit that sometimes I just like to say something simple and short with a gif. :P
showing recognition from others helps motivation, being shown that you did a great job and are being recognized to the entire company puts you in a great mood to help with the day! :)
I love how easy and straight forward it is to be able to navigate through the website! Its also a great way to build culture within a company and connect with coworkers.
I love the red color scheme of the site, but i do wish it had a bit more pop of color to attract more audience to the plateform and make it come to life just a bit more!
It can be hard sometimes to be able to connect and build friends through a larger company. Assembly makes it easy to be able to connect within the office and engage in conversations.
My company is fully remote for every employee and team moral can be on the low end because of this. Thankfully with Assembly we have all been able to send complements and help everyone feel appreciated. It has helped bring the team together and also adds in a bit of fun during the day when everyone gets a reminder to give out recognition or to complete a random game and see who gets the highest score. It has really helped turn the team into a family!
It took me a while to really think about something I dislike about Assembly. The only thing I could think of was it would be great if they could come up with more culture rewards that are geared towards remote companies! Some of the culture rewards Assembly has already in the system are great and I have tried to come up with some good ones myself but I am definetely not as good at coming up with these as Assembly is!
Making sure recognition is given. Also making sure team moral stays up and everyone feels appreciated by one another. This is critical for a 100% remote team who don't get to physically intereact with each other day to day.
The redeem option, it lets you select the prize that suits you best.
It is a special platform, they have a different way of seeing things, they show you the way and they take you to it.
Ease of use! So simple so easy. Our organization adopted it almost immediately.
I really like how practical and easy it's to use assembly!
Nothing so far - very smooth operating system!
I haven't yet seen anything that I've disliked about the product.
There isn't much I don't like about the platform... it very useful
With a majority of our work being done remotely, it is a great way to connect all staff together. It is also a great way to promote teamwork between all levels of staff.
You can quickly connect with your peers as Assembly creates this positive environment where everyone can share recognitions for example on team collaboration when employees feel recognized and appreciated for their efforts, it boosts the motivation and job satisfaction. Recognizing employees' hard work and achievements make us feel valued, which, in turn, encourages the team to continue performing at their best.
Sometimes we receive too many notifications about the program, even though is great to keep frequent updates it can get a bit overwhelming get so many emails in a day.
Recognizing the team for their accomplishments reinforces positive behavior and performance. As a result, we are more likely to repeat the actions that led to recognition, leading to improved job performance and overall productivity.
As a TL this is a great tool to help push the performace of my team, but also as a way to say thank you for what they have done. Rather then me just saying, "well done, thanks for all your hard work", and thats it, now I can give them some points that they can turn into real world rewards. It helps agents to want to do better when they see the fruits of their labour.
I dont like that there is a min character count for the posts when I want to reconise someone. Sometimes, all I want or need to say is, "thanks for the help with X"
Its a great way to give praise and thanks to my team but also across other departments. It is a good way to get to know and interact with people in the company that I would not normally have a chace to interact with.
I love how Assembly allows my colleagues and I to reward each other for their hard work. It is so easy to use and provided motivation for my teamates and I to always go above and beyond.
It can confusing sometimes when redeeming some of your rewards but that is very dependent on what kind of reward. An example is the double verification it takes for Nintendo e-cards.
Assembly solves many of the company's participation problems. Allowing our employees access to this great tool encourages everyone to participate in all of our events.

Assembly has plenty of options when looking for things to spend points on. There are even custom options that your employer can set which is nice. It's a great way to show appreciation for the people that you work with or to celebrate people that you don't see in person regularly.
Some interface changes could be nice. Allowing an unlimited amount of points per person or some kind of history/repeat point-giving system. It would be nice to have a setting that shows points and money 1:1 as well.
Assembly creates an easy way to award coworkers without making things complicated or having to go out of your way. It helps show appreciation and it's very intuitive.
