That its easy to access where ever you are.
I don't really dislike anything about the Cloud the only thing is not being able to have access to the servers.
That is seems more stable and having the Cloud has free up some time sence we dont have to do any maintannce outages.

RDP doesn't offer seamless windows but a small curve to adjust. The customer portal is a bit clunky but should improve with age.

Rapid deployment and provision of services. Core product is pretty good value for money compared to similar cloud solutions. Good Omni-Channel capabilities. Good REST API that covers provisioning, reporting, campaign management and CRM integrations.
The people I have worked with at Alvaria are always friendly and responsive, I have worked through several large scale product rollouts with large scale customization requests which have always been discussed honestly with advice and guidance offered throughout end to end implementation.
In an ideal world I would like an easier interface to automate data extracts which could be rolled out to less technical staff members to allow for an increase in self service MI reporting

Workforce engagement manager is a necessary tool for our success. It's something we use every day and I love that it keeps getting better with every update. It constantly making our jobs easier.
Cloud stability can sometimes be a factor but it's nothing that inhibits our ability to efficiently get work done and with some updates and time, that should not be a factor.
