What do you like best about AsiaTech hotel booking engine?

We changed this to this system about 2 months ago. It is much easier to learn and easier to train new hires on this program than the old one. I love that it is basically one page with everything on it.

What do you dislike about AsiaTech hotel booking engine?

I wish that you could copy a reservation once someone has already checked in.

Recommendations to others considering AsiaTech hotel booking engine?

This is easy to learn and very easy to train others on. Love all the info for the guest is on one page now including a photo of their id.

What problems is AsiaTech hotel booking engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ID scanner that we use with this is great. Now people can't claim they did not make the charges. Also it is much easier with it all being on one page and easy to edit.

Good quality product for hotels.we are using it from 3 years.its the best product i hv ever seen up to date.its easy to use and very intuitive.
