The audience selector can be a bit complex initially, but the segmentation opportunities are endless once you've spent time on the platform. We do wish there were more out-of-the-box integrations with other platforms and the ability to customize reporting dashboards.

Automation, taking email marketing to another level
Customer service and portfolio management is high-quality and on top of all requests. Once training was completed, CDP was fairly user-friendly.
Some navigational issues, data integration takes some time, automatic customer data output is not instantaneous. Auto-output has some hiccups. Does not work well with Social Media marketing, main use is for email marketing, could also be useful for mailings.
Utilize customer service and go through as much training as possible, especially when there are new updates.
Ascent organizes our customer data and helps us target specific audiences for specific marketing campaigns based on numerous amounts of data such as purchase date, customer location, etc. Very helpful for email marketing paired with MailChimp.
