What do you like best about Ascent360?

Ascent360 support is outstanding. There are other CDP options out there, but what really matters in our business is getting timely, capable, attentive support when needed - Ascent360 always delivers.

What do you like best about Ascent360?

Ascent360 does a great job of managing our content and data. We can communicate with our guests quickly and clearly by using the info they collect. The reps we work with are fantastic and help us develop new marketing ideas and strategies. I would recommend them to others looking for a new platform for marketing.

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

I don't have any downsides to working with the Ascent360 team.

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ascent360 is helping us find new customers while still communicating with our current ones. Our company is more productive thanks to their data collection. We love seeing our number of contacts increase because of working with them.

It's pretty intuitive software to learn and use - very user-friendly!

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

Occasionally the interface may have some bugs, but not often enough to be a big issue.

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating our client databases from all our sources is HUGE, that enables us to create dynamic email blasts to all our different customer types.

A360 has been critical in our effort to improve our communication with guests utilizing automations and custom audiences alike to help reach out growth goals

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

Like any new software there was a bit of a learning curve, but their support has been fantastic in turning us into a power user in no time

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it's solving is aggregating our customer information (from various sources) into one platform for ongoing communication and growth campaigns

What do you like best about Ascent360?

I enjoy how easily and intuitive it is to create eye-catching, robust emails with Ascent360. Their system is also great for reporting to track and show email performance.

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

There have been past UI issues and small bugs. The team at Ascent360 has always (in my experience) been open to hearing what these are and quickly remedy them.

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ascent360 has given my company a great way to share our voice to our database and has brought in significant dollars to our company that affect our bottom line in a positive way.

What do you like best about Ascent360?

As an omnichannel business, managing customer interactions and data has become easier with Ascent 360. I especially love the ability to easily create email templates, deploy email workflows, and segment our customers. We can safely say it has made a massive difference in our relationships with our customers and has helped us adapt to the growing shift in our online business. The support staff are highly efficient and promptly address our needs and requests.

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

The audience selector can be a bit complex initially, but the segmentation opportunities are endless once you've spent time on the platform. We do wish there were more out-of-the-box integrations with other platforms and the ability to customize reporting dashboards.

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an omnichannel business, managing all of our customer data and marketing efforts under a singular platform has become easier with Ascent 360.

The platform is extremely powerful and has helped our business communication with our customers in ways that were not possible in the past.

Could use some tweaks to the software to make things easier and less confusing. Have run into bugs or issues with the software at times so be prepared to contact support when this happens.

What do you like best about Ascent360?

Customer service and portfolio management is high-quality and on top of all requests. Once training was completed, CDP was fairly user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Ascent360?

Some navigational issues, data integration takes some time, automatic customer data output is not instantaneous. Auto-output has some hiccups. Does not work well with Social Media marketing, main use is for email marketing, could also be useful for mailings.

Recommendations to others considering Ascent360:

Utilize customer service and go through as much training as possible, especially when there are new updates.

What problems is Ascent360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ascent organizes our customer data and helps us target specific audiences for specific marketing campaigns based on numerous amounts of data such as purchase date, customer location, etc. Very helpful for email marketing paired with MailChimp.
