Support is practically non-existent, so if you encounter any issues you better hope you can figure them our on your own. The setup and use is also very confusing. If you are a Software Engineer it is not too bad, but it is not at all user -friendly, especially for non-technical users.

Look at the other competitors unless you are very tehcnically savy.
