They are great all the way around! Especially with the ARS system.

I use Educational Measures for monthly for programs. The EM team is so professional, attentive and present during the planning process and easy to work with onsite. The onsite staff are efficient and set up all iPads during session set up, run the platform behind the scenes during the meeting and quickly deliver the meeting team all data within days of the meeting end. They are prompt in invoicing and a joy to work with. I recommend EM for anyone hoping to utilize notes / polling / interactive questions and more onsite.
No dislikes to share, we have not had issues onsite before.
Easy to work with, accurate and provides billing quickly. Wonderful for those companies that have many events going on at once.
We are able to communicate with the shyer members of the audience and ask for feedback. We see way more interaction with the questions feature than using microphones for questions.

I feel that with this group you have a turnkey solutions with zero headaches. They take excellent care of their clients.
More efficient audience interactive opportunities. Their system is insightfully designed and therefore engages the audience in a more effective way. They made it easy to navigate. They even thought carefully about the fonts and sizes. They are also very open to customizing for their clients which other groups were not as inclined.
EM Array is a single tool for your audience - big or small. Meeting attendees can experience a more intimate meeting using the iPad for all their activities.

EM Array has allowed our Annual Meeting attendees to truly interact with our varied speakers and their presentations. We LOVE the ability for the audience to submit questions during the sessions!
Innovative, super easy to use, great value to the client when we do the polling questions, serves as the sign in sheets, and provides immediate feedback to the client, so they can learn how to make their next event better.
I just wish we have regional technicians - US based for the US meetings, EU based for the EU Meetings
- attendees being able to ask questions through the system - really helps at international meetings
- being able to have presentations in different languages
- immediate access to the attendees feedback

Very user friend and easy to use
As our company continues to evolve our product types are also evolving with video/ARS and EM has helped us move a lot of these new products forward with their experience and expertise.
The data analytics that we receive from the reports is priceless for our client's. The attendees greatly appreciate the real-time feedback they get from the Q&A with the Moderators, as well and post-meeting notes capture. We try to use Array exclusively for all of our Meetings.
We do not have any "dislikes". We love that new features are always being added. I.E. Dynamic PDF (searchability on a document) and Q&A responses for attendees to the Moderator, Multiple attendee use for Case Studies.
Its extremely helpful that we are able to provide our clients with physical reports to show the attendee experience and gain feedback on how to improve future meetings.
