Long-time Sales Leader using CRMs to manage pipeline
What do you like best about ARPEDIO?
It makes capturing sales activity in Salesforce easy, intuitive and engaging for my sales team, which makes reporting, coaching and forecasting much easier for me as a sales leader, whilst allowing my team to measure their activities to identify what works and what doesn't, ultimately leading to better sales results.
What do you dislike about ARPEDIO?
The White Space tool could do with some work, but what they've shown me in terms of what they're working on for this is incredibly exciting.
What problems is ARPEDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team are resistant to logging their activities in Salesforce as they say it's time-consuming and repetitive. Arpedio has solved that problem, meaning my team are more engaged and conscious of what they're doing, able to coach themselves in terms of trial and error and iteration of their sales approach, and coaching them has become 1000x easier. I have more visibility, they have become more autonomous, and I can now forecast with way more confidence.

What do you like best about ARPEDIO?
I’ve been using Arpedio for a while now, and I’ve really enjoyed how it has changed my work routine. The feature I love the most is the White Space Analysis. It helps me uncover untapped opportunities within my accounts that I might have missed otherwise. Thanks to these insights, I've been able to prioritize my focus better and have more meaningful conversations with my clients. It’s amazing how much it helps me strategize and maximize my sales potential! If you’re in sales and want to level up your approach, I highly recommend giving Arpedio a shot!
What do you dislike about ARPEDIO?
One thing I found a bit challenging at first was the learning curve with the user interface. However, I’ve come to appreciate it because it pushed me to explore all the features available, ultimately giving me a deeper understanding of the tool. Once I got the hang of it, I realized how powerful Arpedio is for strategizing and maximizing sales. If you're in sales and want to elevate your approach, I definitely recommend giving Arpedio a try!
What problems is ARPEDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arpedio solves several key challenges in my sales process that have greatly benefited me. Its White Space Analysis feature helps me identify untapped opportunities within my existing accounts, allowing me to focus on upselling and cross-selling instead of just chasing new leads. The platform consolidates account data and sales metrics, saving me time on information gathering and enabling quick, informed decisions. Additionally, it enhances collaboration within my sales team by facilitating the sharing of insights and strategies. Overall, by automating data analysis and opportunity identification, Arpedio allows me to spend more time engaging with clients and building relationships, leading to better sales performance.

What do you like best about ARPEDIO?
ARPEDIO makes opportunity and account planning easy inside Salesforce. I used it with MEDDIC, and it helped a lot to track deals and understand key stakeholders. Simple to use and very helpful for sales teams.
What do you dislike about ARPEDIO?
It is fast to install and implement everything in Salesforce with out of the box templates for BANT, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC and many more. If you want to customize it that is also possible but will take more time.

ARPEDIO Offers Great Usability and Stands Out in a Sea of Sales Solutions
What do you like best about ARPEDIO?
As user, I'm truly excited about ARPEDIO. The product has impressed and helped me from the start. The intuitive structure and user-friendly interface make it easy also for non native digitals. I was able to use the application productively right away. The ARPEDIO team that I got to know was friendly, competent, and extremely helpful at any time. Whether it's questions about usage or individual customizations, they are always eager to find a suitable solution. So overall, I can absolutly recommend ARPEDIO.
What do you dislike about ARPEDIO?
Honestly, it's really hard for me to find anything negative about ARPEDIO. My previous experiences with the company and the product have been consistently positive.
Recommendations to others considering ARPEDIO?
Perhaps one could wish for more integrations with other systems in the future. But even that is more of a thought than a criticism, as the existing offer already cover most of my requirements.
What problems is ARPEDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARPEDIO solved our issue of disorganization in complex accounts by providing clear, visual maps. It helped us to reduce the disconnect between data and action drastically, by turning raw data into meaningful insights with the result that we spend less time figuring out what to do next and more time building important relationships and closing deals.

What do you like best about ARPEDIO?
Visualizing an entire account hierarchy, creating levels of influence, and then being given a score depicting the health of the relationships for that account is very beneficial and streamlined.
