What do you like best about Arize?

Great service and system that's helped me serve all my residents much quicker.

What do you dislike about Arize?

Web portal could use a few adjustments but overall it is very nice and easy to use.

What problems is Arize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arize has been excellent for our company. We went through a very long and critical selection process when choosing a system to help automate our property. Arize was exactly what we were looking for. Also, never getting calls for residents lockouts has been a serious perk that we didn't value until we had it.

What do you like best about Arize?

It makes monitoring the property so easy. We have everything in one place. Their app is really simple for me to use. Their support team was very friendly and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about Arize?

My community has a lot of students and it would be real nice if I could monitor who is coming and going from each unit. The system doesn't allow that right now unless its vacant unit for privacy protection reasons which I can understand.

Recommendations to others considering Arize:

This is the best all in one system all there. Go for it! they have an amazing service team so you get a hang of everything quickly.

What problems is Arize solving and how is that benefiting you?

For one my headache feels like it got taken over by these products for me. I don't have to stress about possible water leaks with their automatic detectors. Its also helping with our occupancy rates.

We love the ease of use of Arize…
We love the ease of use of Arize allowing us to track potential emergencies and monitor our property digitally. We get immediate messages if any of the devices get turned off by tenants or if water drips from a leaky sink.

I'd highly recommend using Arize if you own or manage a lot of doors. It'll make your job a whole lot easier. It's very user-friendly and they train your team for you too.

Before we tried them out, we were literally spending most of our day driving around checking in on properties and it was such a serious waste of everyone's time and unnecessary expenses.

"Arize Creates Deeper Satisfaction Between Landlord And Clients"
What do you like best about Arize?

What we like the best about Arize is the countless amount of time we've been able to save for other more important jobs. Keeping the property safe from things like robberies and water danger are all very important also but now we can take those of our minds with their property automation system We are also now able to offer constant self-guided tours of our vacant units while we're working on other stuff. Things are running so smoothly.

What do you dislike about Arize?

It took our team some time to acclimate to using everything but we ended up getting assigned a client success manager that helped train and keep in touch with our staff and residents.

Recommendations to others considering Arize:

Make sure the purchaser puts everyone in contact with their support and training team earlier on so you can take full advantage of the system right from the very start. Its helped us a lot.

What problems is Arize solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I already mentioned we've really taken advantages of all the automated features to free up more time for ourselves. Other than that, its been nice being apart of a shiny new "Smart apartment" complex.

We like being able to see a complete…
We like being able to see a complete snapshot of our community and if there's any problems that requires our attention. It's very straightforward to add or remove tenants. There's huge conveniences designed specifically for the property management industry that can't be overlooked. Our tenants and prospects were surprised it took us this long to add smart home features into our buildings.

Self guided vacant unit tours
This is THE way to show your vacant units. We can literally have prospects tour the units while we're working in the office. We get them their access code to the unit and they check it out and the smart lock automatically locks itself and changes the code for us after. We've saved a ton of time so far and the best part is that we can do this remotely if we need to due to COVID.
