I like that it is a very friendly platform to work on.
It is an excellent platform for document control, BOM and part number spec.
In the item there are fields that are mandatory to fill out but there are really too many of them. Furthermore, I do not consider it necessary that once all the approvers give their approval, the document control team is required to approve again.
New platform changes have made documentation changes faster.
Arena PLM & QMS is extremely user friendly and easy to use. It helps simplify customer support. It's also incredibly easy to integrate into your businesses day to day needs. It's very easy to train people on and easy to implement into other softwares. We use it every day in my company and it has a ton of features.
There's nothing that I dislike about the software.
Arena PLM & OLS solves a lot of problems for my company. It benefits me as a user because it's so simple to use and really helps to streamline things. It makes my daily productivity so much easier to maintain and helps me achieve my goals. It solved the problem of introducing new products to the market while also ensuraing compliance. My company dealt with an issue regarding a product that resulted in a lot of money lost and Arena helps prevent issues like that from occurring again.

The application is releatively easy to use once the learning curve, which is not steep, has been climbed. The interface is both thoughtful and efficient. The search function is very powwerful. Arena is used on a daily basis by our Users. Customer Support is immediate, and our designated Arena Solutions Architect is outstanding.
There is a lack of dynamic integration between Quality Processes; e.g., one cannot see a list of CAPAs created in Arena from the CAPA Quality Process, from within another Quality Porocess, Complaints for example.

The Layout of the Screen is easy to understand.
I have no issues with it that I can think of.
Which sources of supply are approved for each of our Items and who has stock currrently.
I like how it's on the cloud and easy to work with our CMs overseas for BOM management and change activities
I dislike how there is no mobile application for this when we're on the move or out of the office

Overall, my experience with Arena has been very positive. I like the scalability, ease of use, and integration potential the most.

I like the interconnection of all aspects of quality management in one system and the interaction with one another.
We manage all quality and manufacturing documents in Arena. Training is easier to manage and track. We use Change Control, Projects, Quality world for Audits, CAPAs, NCRs, Complaints, Investigations, DHF, Management Review, Technical Files and keep track of Suppliers, SAR, SCAR etc. We use Arena for as much as possible and have leveraged their tools to digitize many paper processes. During audits, the Arena system presents very nicely.
Ease of use, can access anywhere, no issues or downtime, very easy to configure, support is stellar!
Would be nice to expand the ECO page to include images, supplier accounts need some work

As a system administrator one the things I like best about Arena is the support we receive from both our success coach and our account manager. They have great avaialblity answer questions about the account and technical questions.
We like how the system allows for linkages between different activities in the software.
There isn't much I dislike about Arena. We use analytics and wish there were ways to join the different worlds for reporting purposes
