Being able to break down each employe by cost code. This beneficial for training purposes and budgeting.
In our situation I'm not concerned about tracking their movements because we are such a small community. So I would say Mapview is the least used portion.
Compairing employees task times to one another allows me to find the average time required for each task and implement that when training new employees
I have had an amazing experience with ARCORO since I started using it for the business. It has helped me streamline my processes and become more efficient. We appreciate the ease of recruiting and applicant tracking. The onboarding is also great with ease of adding required documents to the portal and a easy to navigate site for new hires that aren't always tech savy.
Some areas don't seem to be editable so that we can customize our statements. I have explained and have had our sales representative view my screen so he can coordinate with the support team so actually this is a good thing. :-)
Arcora is providing us the ablility to recruit and track applicants, and utilize the disposition cycles so that we can utilize data for Federal Contract Required accountability and conformance. (AAP and EO employment data)
Less duplication of work, tracks HR as required, we would need to hire another HR staff member without it, shares info needed in other software we use.
Some areas aren't consistent - like sorting - it's sometimes by first name, sometimes by last name. Can't always get the correct customer support person to get answers, which wastes my time and I have to call our rep to get the right person to call me back, not intuitive in some areas - like scheduling reviews.
Electronically filling a role (can't find personnel to hire), communication with employees, onboarding. We use applicant tracking and performance management now and are just expanding into the other areas!

This application use to tracking both working hours and paychecks very easy. It work in more than one place in campus with the authorization employee. It provides the option like we can add more than workplace tab So we can record how many hours we worked there is incredibly easy and efficient now and then .so we can add comments also in the application. So this application is user friendly interface
Some of the issue information are very hard to access.but the software itself feels very aversive.Softening the future and just rearrange the UI design cloud really help out the user lot .
