Ease of command are self explanatory, ease to make a template to fit your need and make modiications as needed for the project.Hopw all markers are linked together so if any chages are done, all linked drawings chege at the same time. The layout book is easy to set up

The least helpsul thing is then I do round opbjects in view them in 3d , it gets distorded, also when I morph a radius slab object. onlso the ability to comunicate with some other software, like importing solidwork files or vectorworks files.

With the ease of manipulating the software, I can pretty much draw and engineer what ever I can imaging with only a few commands.

The ease with which to quickly create a rich model to show to clients and then convert that to documentation.

Phasing is sorely lacking as I am experiencing on a complicated project now. Also, the ability to create an object that can be edited easily.

EcoDesigner Star was eliminated in US market and never reappeared, Would be nice if Nemetschek would create a RISA export option

Sometimes there're issues to migrate library content from one file to another and/or previous software version to newer versions

It has inter-operativity, so that we can commnicate with those who use other platforms.

Archicad is simple and easy to use. It is very easy to create any new objects that I need. It is also very easy to incorporate objects from other sources. I have tried several other programs but Archicad has been the best.

I can't think of any downsides within the program. There are, however different aspects or tools that the program offers that are really not needed by my small business right now.

In Archicad, I do not need to start from scratch each time I start a new project. I can literally use any of my past projects as a template, cutting my design time down tremendously.

All phases in one, the 2D conception plan becomes the 3D sketch for the client presentation. The design development phase becomes the construction documents and construction quantification.

I have some difficulty creating nonstandard architectural elements.

As a foreign, it would be beneficial to have a spelling correction like in Word and Excell to help with area calculations.

I can do the work of 3, creation, presentation, and construction documents. The whole process is faster, any modification is automatic, plans, sections, elevations, windows and doors schedules, and so on.

ArchiCAD's Teamwork componant is critical for our office workflow and a life saver durring Covid times!

There elements with in ArchiCAd that I excpect to be "smart" that are not there yet, like Keynotes/detail notes/ Plan notes.

I feel like we are finaly geting to the point where we are much more efficient in our modeling and workflow, allowing us to move through deadlines more smoothly and profitably.

Easy to build models quickly and efficiently. Software is great so long as you accept working with consultants with recent is difficult.

Revit is more of a standard software accepted by other consultants.

Construction documents and detailing. sometimes when you zoom in the focal point will change as you zoom making it very challening to operate
