Brings consistency to the managing of projects and one point of reference
The project folders and organisation have massively helped throughout my working day.
I sometimes find it difficult to navigate but i believe i will become more familiar over time.
Archdesk is providing a central hub for all of our employees to access crucial project information and contacts.
I love the live map that pins where all our jobs are located so we can see where most of our work is. To top off, if you hover over the location, it tells you all the information needed for the job and will even take you to the project!
The most unhelpful thing I am finding with Archdesk at the moment is the stock list; it is tough to edit once it has been uploaded especially if you have lots of products you sell!
Archdesk is helping solve several things, but the main two would be accessibility for our project managers on-site to the documents needed and making our processes as seamless as possible!
Scheduling is so simple to use, helps with covering several projects.
The integration with Sage needs work to make the experience better

What I like the most about this solution is that it is cloud-based and designed to help business customers in the manufacturing, service and construction industries and help us automate all the resources for managing a project. of construction.
So far everything is going well, however it could improve in being able to switch between appointments and files more quickly and that you do not need to have a file open on the PC to be able to work.
It solves the problem of being able to support the information of the business or projects with the various applications it has, among the information that we can manage is that of fixed assets, financial, materialex, etc.
The system works seamlessly between estimates /quotes and invoicing. The schedule and program section work well. Generally a great all-around product. Support are very helpful
The only downside is the system does not yet offer proof of document receipt and automatic reminders. However, this feature is hopefully coming soon.
This is the main improvement we would like at this stage.

I like how user-friendly the software is; it suits everyone's individual abilities. Even people with limited computer knowledge can use Archdesk seamlessly. I also like how much information you can have in each different project, it stops the need for double entry.
I find the front page slightly limiting, I think this is something that is being worked on, but I would like to add more information to all of the project front sheets.
Archdesk is a great tool as it works for every department within our workplace. We can all use one piece of software to gain the information we need for the work we have to complete. It has stopped us from having to enter the same information multiple times into multiple systems.
