There is not anything I disliked about Survey 1-2-3. I wish I had learned about it earlier.
There are no recommendations that I can think of at this time.

I like using Survey123 to do inventory of bus stops. And it is best for ADA and compliance issues.
To create the questions in Survey123 it requires advanced knowledge of the software.

I’m using this software to collect the geospatial data of landslide-affected households. It is a very convenient platform in response to collecting data. We have used several attributes such as location info, household info, and slope type to collect in order to prepare a database on landslide high-risk settlements. To have the exact location we used Google Satellite Map and drew the building footprints. Most of the data entering is designed as a drop-down list. Because of that it is a very easy and quick method to collect the large set of data. Using this app, we have collected over 10,000 data about landslide-affected households in landslide-prone areas of Sri Lanka.
Further, the app provides the analysis of collected data. For example, we can see the progress of data collection using different filters.
When employing this app in remote areas, obtaining exact locations on maps can be a bit challenging due to limited connection strength.
This app has the capacity to collect a large set of data in a limited time period. The collected data can be downloaded as an Excel file and we can have more analysis.
