What do you like best about Apxor?

This versatile platform is user-friendly, cost-effective, has a variety of nudges and surveys to choose from, easy to deploy, and provides white-glove support on short notice.

What do you dislike about Apxor?

None. They have been extremely open to feedback and have customized for our needs where necessary.

What problems is Apxor solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Creating a user onboarding journey is very easy and takes a few minutes to deploy.

2. There are plenty of design choices for nudges and surveys, which can be designed and deployed by anyone on the team with a non-technical background.

3. Ability to create cohorts and target audiences. We have been using the cohorts feature to download a CSV file of users and targeting them with customized nudges to increase engagement.

We tried multiple platforms, including PENDO (not easy to set up and poor customer support), App cues, and Chameleon (expensive), before settling on Apxor. Apxor's product is world class, provides a much greater ROI and their customer service is unbeatable.

What do you like best about Apxor?

Our product teams can now build and deploy even complex contextual onboarding walkthroughs within minutes. Companies like Amazon or Meta are nudging users at every stage of their journey and driving funnel optimization using their large developer base. Apxor is empowering other companies to do contextual in-app nudging in a richer and better way without having to invest in that developer bandwidth. Kudos to the team for developing such a futuristic product.

What do you dislike about Apxor?

Nothing in particular. We are very happy with Apxor.

Ability to host tool tips and coach marks for any element on the app. The in app video hosting feature is one if its kind, amazing for new feature education and promotion of new collections

What do you like best about Apxor?

Apxor has helped us dwell much deeper into understanding our Users when compared to any other tools. They go the extra mile in terms of Customer Support which is essential for any company that wants to understand how their users are behaving & help them in priortizing features/focus areas which will lead to better user engagement. One of the core strengths of the tool is Integration, which is extremely straight forward & their User Interface is intuitive which helps a lot since you don't need to spend lots of time/resources trying to figure out their tool. Most importantly they are always willing to help you out in understanding your user behaviour by providing additional data which you might require & isn't yet part of their product. Overall extremely satisfied with the product they offer at an extremely low cost & would definitely recommend them to any product which needs analytics on their user behaviour.

What do you dislike about Apxor?

Their old architecture was a bit slow in pulling out long tail analytics. They have moved to new architecture which now gives real time analytics on users. The only issue which we had them has been resolved, So I think currently there is anything to dislike about :)

What problems is Apxor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to get insight into how videos are relevant to users on top of textual news we offered. This alone has added significant value add in terms of increase in retention numbers along with engagement time.

1) Convenience and Speed -> Handy tool to run experiments and PoCs

2) Handy pre-existing design templates to set-up nudges, surveys, feature demos without dependency on tech team (Providing True No Code Experience)

The x-factor Apxor posses is the ability to conduct surveys and nudging, Also analysing this data with real time user data

The manual work is more. This is the area needs improvement.

2. In-depth analytics of user's behavior on the platform along with customized tracking of events.

1. Dashboard needs more filters and key elements to sort the data.

What do you like best about Apxor?

Nudges in general is a core component of any ecommerce business. It helps to increase conversion (this is a proven technique) . Hence, it becomes pertinent that there is a framework that helps to configure and customize nudges in any page of your Android or iOS APP. Also, to have different templates and design for how the nudges are to be viewed in the pages of an APP.

The ease of doing the above - configuring, customizing different types of nudges is where Apxor comes in and is great addition for our ecommerce platform.

What do you dislike about Apxor?

I believe that visualization in terms of the look and feel of the nudges can be improved. It could have better look and feel and more in sync the with the look and feel of the APP itself.

What problems is Apxor solving and how is that benefiting you?

To be able to create different types of nudges in a user's journey to help convert more because users see those nudges which helps them make decisions to buy.
