DAP is relatively young in terms of software categories, and it can be difficult to explain to someone who has never been introduced to the idea before - what it is, how it works, and the benefits it provides.

Sometimes the linking to an element can be a bit off or just will not stick as expected and will need some custom script made to implement what was originaly envisioned. But i will say the help when required is very good and quick.
We have a processes which cause a lot of queries to fill up specific inboxes and by applying announcemnts, tool tips and worksflow to properly educate our users in teh correct processes this has help to reduce queries.
Apty is an easy to use software, with an excellent Customer Success team and rapid support. They also provide best practices and recommendations based on use cases and problems that we want to solve for, which help the ideation and I don't feel like I have to figure everything out.
DAPs are hard. Creating content requires good zooming in on issues and problems. Good content design is both art and science just like good instruction or psychology, which is highly underappreciated and valued in the technology, adoption, and change management space.

While the typical components like workflows and tooltips are great, I find the activity tracking the most exciting. Real data to make real decisions. Additionally, the developer tool is very easy to work with and does not require significant technical aptitude.
As a partner, it is occasionally difficult to figure out how to position the partnership with a company like Apty that is still in its infancy. There are a lot of "new" people at the company and it feels like they are at a growth crossroads where more structure might impact the flexibility and simplicity of their platform.

Apty is excellent for user adoption, training, and onboarding. The tool makes it easy to develop workflows and the like, which makes development turnaround very fast-paced. In addition, it's very simplistic to use from the end-user and developer perspective since Apty lives in the browser as an extension. I couldn't imagine a better product in this realm. I would highly recommend it to any team that struggles with user acceptance, training, onboarding and/or process alignment.
There isn't much to dislike. Previous complaints about the software have been wholly addressed and now exceed expectations.
