We are using Aptify software to manage our association based membership. We use it to track members, to understand their engagement level, to manage business development opportunities and contacts. We have been able to increase member engagement score and to increase membership.

I work with Aptify as part of the American Dental Association. Aptify has adapted to the needs of the ADA very well over time.
The database setup is a bit cumbersome.

I like the fact that aptify gives you comprehensive access to all of a customers information and allows you to customize the information needed.
I do not like that you cant really put restrictions on aptify according to who the user is and that it pretty much gives all of the users the same access.
It provides us with quick access to customer information.
