THe use of thier AI questionnaire assistance has been exceptional in saving time in addressing common questionnaires. They are consistantly willing to engage and willing to share roadmap improvments.
There is a shortage of vendors that utilize conveyor, making their vendor side a bit underwhelming.
Conveyor has enabled the sharing of documents via a trust center allowing for more analytics and security with documents.
Conveyor has a plethora of innovating features but the one that we use the most and we have huge benefit from it is the Trust Portal, all our customers and prospects appeciate that they can almost instantly consult and download all our most up to date compliance documentation, certifications and assurance reports.
There is absoultely nothing that i dislike at Conveyor; their support team is always blazing fast answering and solving all our requests, and being a really big company we sometimes have some complex requests. I honestly wish that more of our SaaS suppliers would be as commited, serious and amazing as the Conveyor team.
Conveyor is providing us with a mature, turn key solution for enabling all our customers and prospects to self-serve on all our most up to date compliance documentation, certifications and assurance reports.
Conveyor has almost compeletely taken the hassle out of responsing to security questionnaires. The eliminator tool just gets better over time as you build out your knowledge base. The trust portal has also become invaluable, as it is a one stop shop for managing all your frequently requested compliance documentation. The built in watermarking and NDA's certainly streamline the process. Very happy with this tool.
Conveyor is a relativey new product, so there are some features that are clearly still a work in progress, such as the web extension for web portal based questionnaires. That being said, Conveyor is constantly releasing new features and our rep keeps us up to date on them. We were also invited to a few feedback sessions upcoming features - it was great to be included in the development of the product.
Conveyor has given back so much time that we were previously investing on security questionnaires and the back and fourth that was once required to provide requested documentation and ensure NDAs were in place. This time can now be dedicated to more strategic security work.
The most helpful piece about Conveyor is that it has it all! Having looked at many tools, we wanted something that had the most useful features including knowledge base, service to answer questionnaires, service to prune our knowledge base, automations and connections to make it easy with current systems. The cherry on top is their vendor mgmt product which we werent even on the market for AND particularly. their great customer service, onboarding experience, and product engagement. It really felt like we werent just another sale. They really wanted to share the tool with us, share it's benefits, and take in/act on feedback.
They are a bit smaller (and newer!) in comparison to their competetitors so it seems like Conveyor Trust Portal customer base is smaller. It's not a huge issue but one day itd be great if there were more companies in their network for us to complete vendor speedier reviews and stay up to date with our vendors all from one app.
Reducing the amount of questionnaires that we have to answer, Reducing the time spent QA'ing questionnaires and the knowledge base, reducing the overall FTE time spent on security reviews.
I am a 'long time' Conveyor customer. We originally started to use Conveyor for the Data Room capabilities, however have been thrilled with the other capabilities such as tracking vendors, vendor reviews and sending vendor questionnaires. We were looking at several RFP solutions when Conveyor developed the Knowledge Base and we decided to try this new add on first. It has been incredibly easy to implement. We are able to tag by domain and product as well as assign each question / answer pair set to an owner along with a validation time frame. Also, we can decide if these stay internal facing only vs allowing our approved customers to access them or the public. Since that first iteration, Conveyor now has their questionnaire plug in as well as the questionnaire buster. Time saver and sanity keeper!
On top of this all, the Conveyor team is a complete joy to work with. They listen and many times incorporate our feedback into new features for the product.
Not sure there is much I do not like. We would love tags to be able to add to our Knowledge Base, however that is not a must have. Wants do not equal needs
We use Conveyor's Data Room to share items like our SOC 2 reports and other sensitive documents we would like to share with customers but also track. We use the Knowledge Base as a repository of questions and answers for responding to customer RFPs and quesionnaires. This allows for consistency as well as scaling to have our Sales teams take a first pass at these requests. We also use Conveyor for part of our Vendor Management process. Not only are we able to conduct reviews but we are able to send quesitonnaires to potential vendors who may not have a SOC 2 or a filled out quesitonnaire such as a CAIQ or SIG.
Conveyor is an exceptional tool specifically designed to excel in its intended areas. As an information security professional working at a SaaS company, a significant portion of my time is devoted to responding to questionnaires and discussing security issues with customers and potential customers. In this regard, Conveyor has proven to be an invaluable asset, saving me considerable time and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
One of the standout features of Conveyor is its clean and intuitive interface, which makes navigation a breeze. The onboarding process was a breeze. The included portal designer is very intuitive and allowed me to customize my page quickly and easily.
The portal itself is well designed, making it easy for both prospects and customers to access the questionnaire database, download necessary documentation, and even submit inquiries through the portal for quick responses. Moreover, I must commend Conveyor's customer support team, as they have been impressively swift in assisting with tasks such as adding logos and handling other minor adjustments.
Overall, I find Conveyor to be a well-designed tool that expedites the sales process and alleviates the workload for information security professionals like myself.
Conveyor could use more integration with Salesforce. For example, the product provides companies the option to require prospects/customers to sign an NDA before accessing gated content, but the record of that signature only lives in Conveyor and is not recorded in Salesforce. This could potentially lead to confusion and additional requests for a prospect/customer to sign an NDA when they already have done so in Conveyor.
Long and bruising customer questionnaires take up a lot of my time. Conveyor allows me to not only quickly answer questionnaires, but also provides a portal for prospects and customers to search security questions (set up and maintained by me), download important documents such as our SOC 2 report, and see what upcoming security initiatives are in place.
Conveyor's platform offers a range of capabilities that makes it much easier for me to 1) give my customers visibility into my security program AND 2) conduct due diligence on my vendors. On the trust and assurance side, Conveyor provides a streamlined interface to organize security documentation, search Q&A, and display my organization's compliance programs and certifications. The workflow built into Conveyor's platform allows my customers to quickly request and gain access to the documentation they need. On the vendor management side, Conveyor can scan through documentation to build a profile of a vendor and provide answers to my due diligence questions. This capability has saved me significant time and allowed me to focus on deeper analyses of my vendors' risk profiles.
Nothing at this point. I appreciate the intuitive nature of Conveyor's platform, the exciting roadmap of new capabilities they have planned and a responsive support team.
Conveyor solves two problems for me. One - I use Conveyor to build and host our data room that our customers can access to view security and privacy documentation. While other solutions provide comparable functionality, Conveyor differentiates itself from many competitors with an intuitive interface and new (and exciting) capabilities with AI, all of which make it easier for customers to find the information they need. Two - I use Conveyor to catalog and assess my third parties. What sets Conveyor apart from other companies in this space is its ability to parse through documentation and use that information to populate answers to a library of questions. This process can take an analyst several hours to gather the information, read through SOC (or other compliance) reports and/or review questionnaire responses. With the capabilities that Conveyor offers, it is possible to complete many of our reviews in <1 hour.
I really love the simplicity of the product. We use conveyor on a day to day basis for 2 operational responsibilities - first to complete questionnaires for our customers and build trust with them and secondly to manage supplier risk. For a growing company like us getting many new customers and new suppliers every year it was a nightmare to manage it without a tool and an endless pain to look for a balance between the ROI and TCO for more complex GRC solutions that cost more than hiring people to do the work, we ended up with Conveyor, great and simple tool for reasonable price! As a bonus our security auditors were very happy with the tool and it helped us also checkmark compliance requirements.
Nothing, I love the simplicity of the product and it's easy to understand UX design!
We use conveyor on a day to day basis for 2 operational responsibilities
- first to complete questionnaires for our customers and build trust with them
- secondly to manage supplier risk by assessing our sensitive vendors
I love that with conveyor you can just add your contacts in and they get all of the information they need in one place. It cuts down on all of the back and forth when our new customers are doing security reviews.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Conveyor. I have heard about the new AI tool and I need to figure out how to get that in place. Overall I think its an easy-to-use product for our team and our reviewers.
I work on the sales side of things to onboard our new customers and in the current state of the world, pretty much every new customer wants to be able to get information about our cloud and system security. Conveyor enables our team to do this quickly and effectively.

The platform allows us to leverage previously crafted responses to address often asked questions without the legwork of digging through older, completed assessments and it allows us to do it quickly! Moreover, we were up and using the platform within 10 minutes of creating an account through the demo function without any training or hand-holding which speaks to the ease of use with this product.
We haven't defined any just yet but we are early in platform adoption.
With the volume of assessments that we receive each year, it's easy to say that we spend an unreasonable amount of time answering the same questions, albeit in different variations, several times a week. Conveyor saves us time (and with that, money and dedicated resources) in completing our questionnaires.
