I like that this product can combine many products and information about them all in one. It's easy to use and work with Ross. Multiple departments also work together using Ross so it makes it a convenient product.

I don't dislike anything about it so far because I haven't come across any issues with it.

We organize our products and data about individual products before we release them into the warehouse.

Easy to track all transactions done in the system.

Grateful for it's easy to setup and use.

Managing stock have been so easy and faster.

Printing invoices is easy

For some users it was difficult to use at first

I was reluctant but I came to love it for it's effeciency with financial management.

Great with journal entries which are easy to reverse when mistakes are done.

Inventory management and partnering with our Factory MES system

The graphic traceability and recall features provided with the Trace Express component

Not so easy to communicate with customer support, expecially if you speak a foreign language.

Process quality checking.

Process based costing and tracking. Lot tracking is excellent.

User experience is slightly behind the market. They are making great strides to catch up, but the earlier versions were not easy to navigate.

Get buy in from the highest levels. Devote dedicated users to the project. Invest time and effort on the front in design, get users engaged early. All department must be at the table and not feel like decisions were mandated to them. User adoption keys on early and deep involvement of all departments.

Lot traceability and cost tracking. With Trace Express lot trace went from hours to minutes. Costing is complex but very configurable.

It has seperate modules for all parts of the ERP system. We utilize the MRP, SCP, Project accounting, CRM systems

Our industry is very niche it is very hard to utilize Ross ERP for our specific needs. A lot of customization is needed for the software to do what we need it to do. We have 1500 products with all different shelf life needs. However Aptean is great at helping us create this customization and works well with us on gaining these options.
