As a therapist, It's frustrating to hold time for someone that does not show up or give you advance notice. One of the best parts of Apptoto for me is that it has practically unlimited the no-shows.
I'm being perfectly honest when I say there is nothing I dislike about Apptoto. It meets all my needs and I have been very happy with it.
Using Apptoto has almost completely eliminated my no-show clients. It also gives me a heads up when people want to cancel or reschedule. It's like having a receptionist.
The features are abundant. The customization is robust. The support is prompt and knowledgeable. Getting things up and running the way we wanted to wasn't nearly as complex as I anticipated.

It's a huge benefit for our staff and our customers. Scheduling, rescheduling, reminding, and confirming are all completely mindless. We don't lift a finger anymore.

I have not found any downsides to using apptoto.
Automate acknowledgment of appointment confirmation and rescheduling. Unnecessary trips to clients were decreased, thus saving money and time. The time could be offered to clients on waiting list.
Using apptoto we can reach out to many customers daily to remind them of upcoming appointments that would usually take an employee multiple days.
The program seems user friendly, but sometimes the server kicks it off

They send appointment reminders automatically to our clients. We used to call EACH client to remind them of their appointment and now, Apptoto does it the day the appointment is scheduled, three days prior and the same day! It saves my team so much time and energy!!
Just wish it was integrated with Law Pay (Platform attorneys use to collect payments).
Saves me a lot of time. They remind my clients of appointments, it also allows my clients to schedule and pay for appointments online! This is all included in their paid plan! Absolutely love it!

i have yet to have any major issues with Apptoto. The only small issue that has cropped up is clients replying to the SMS reminder (I would not see this reply) rather than sending me a message. It does clearly state on the SMS message not to reply, however not everyone reads this
before Apptoto i would have 3-4 clients a month get either the wrong time or day for their appointment. This no longer happens. On the rare occasion it does, it is easy to show the client that they have been sent two reminders (email and SMS) and that the mistake was theirs. This in turn makes it less awkward charging for missed appointments

Not a thing. It gave me everything I was missing in terms of email and sms follow up.
The main thing was that it provided an interface to our CRM program. Also, it provided an online calendar that syncs itself back and forth with the calendars in our CRM program. For years, I wanted to set up email and sms drip campaigns and automatic emails and sms messages at critical points in the handling of our cases. Now, that is all complete, in place, and functioning automatically. And, mostly, if changes are needed, the interface is user friendly enough that I can do them myself. That saves time and money. I can't imagine going back to the way things were without Apptoto. It is critical software for us.
The platform was easy to integrate and use. Apptoto takes off the heavy lifting for scheduling and verifying, and reminders of appointments. In addition to these attributes, you are also able to integrate onto your website for others to quickly choose the type of appointment, and automation will add to your calendar, send out text messages, and reminders to the client.
Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about this application.
Apptoto has taken the need for a scheduler to a higher level and instantaneous with updating.
It's fully configurable, it's programmable and it's interfaces with all standard calendars, it's simple to use and configure but it covers all advanced features

We're using TeamUp as master calendars and it will be a good feature to have your own calendar integrated in AppToto, with advances features (customized fields, ...) it's here but not with all features we expect
We have several calendars using TeamUo and we would like to send email and SMS before and after the appointment, the message is customized based on several params!

I don't remember it ever going down since 2020 and if I ever need help, I click the text box and am talking to someone live, usually within a minute.
Getting all appointments onto one page to view at a glance is tricky. Needs a customer facing app instead of a website.
It helps me manage business flow and avoid unmanagble peaks.
