Apptivo does not have the greatest backend design, but everything works and service is great.
I was in need of a crm platform and email marketing abilities. Apptivo has the best offerings compared to others who make everything and additional charge. It's an all around total solution for my needs.
It is a completely customizable software and their tech support is amazing! It is pretty easy to set up and can sync with our Google Calendar. We use Apptivo as our main software for CRM, sending estimates, and sales pipeline.
They are always doing updates to improve customization which is a good thing...but it is hard to follow and know what is new. I wish there was a forum that shows when and updates happen. The standard reports are not detailed enough so I had to create custom reports to track our sales by employee.

Initial set was a daunting proceedure, but how can one learn if afraid to start to process. Now set up and working we find the system speeds up the process from quotation, engineer report to invoice, speedier.
When I reach out to customer support and connect with them. I love the fact that they take over my computer and FIX whatever is wrong. I am not tech savvy and it makes it so much easier than them trying to guide me through the process. Thank you Apptivo and team. I appreciate how you take control and make everything all better!
Sometimes it take a bit to get to a live person. But once you do...they know what they are doing.
I am attempting to have all my systems in one place....Apptivo. You have a calendar sync...an email sync...a phone system sync....there are not many other services that I use for my business.
I'm new to Apptivo and haven't had a lot of time to see it in practice yet, but I have found it very easy to set up to collect exactly the data we want, the way we want it. It's very customizable - it almost feels like there are too many options at times - but I'd rather that than not enough. I needed a little help from customer support for email sync (in part because of an issue with our own internal email settings), and they were very responsive and walked me through what I needed to do to get it up and running.
It has not always been clear how data in one area connects to data in another; it took some playing around with the settings and layouts to figure out how to connect calls to a contact or a case from the call log, for example (it might be intuitive for other people, it wasn't for me). I also found the sheer number of options to be overwhelming at first (I'm glad to have them now but it's a lot to figure out).
Efficiency of data collection - will reduce staff time on administrative tasks and allow us to have better report data.

The entire team is supportive even though the team is split into office and remote setup. They provide easy implementations whenever we come up with different requirements.
