The relationship we have with the people who service our account and the customer UI makes managing the sync processes easy.

The high amount of resource usage the appseconnect processes command on our server after running for an extended time period. We avoid this by routinely restarting all of the processes but wish it was more streamlined so less human interaction was needed.

Appseconnect has enabled us to integrate several Magento based websites with our existing Microsoft based ERP while synchronizing all important data across platforms.

They listened very well and were always available when requested.

Sometimes the website would randomly crash/log out when working on process flows.

They are solving implementation processes and workflows to make business processes automated between SAP and Zuper service application.

Currently, we’ve run SAP - e-commerce integration, which has been successful and operates efficiently. Our next step involves integrating other applications, such as dyeing floor control and production planning, bringing them together under a unique connector. This will facilitate the standardization of communications between SAP and other applications. It is crucial that applications external to SAP have API’s enabled to ensure optimal integration. Otherwise, we will dedicate efforts to developing these APIs from the applications that we want to integrate

Nothing negative to say about them, they have been excellent

Duplication of data entry, and keeping both systems in sync

My name is Jorge Leipen from Proveedora PGP an ecommerce in Mexico specializing in car and truck tires, We started doing ecommerce 8 years ago in Magento 1, after 4 years we migrated to Magento 2, but the connector to our ERP, in this case, SAPB1 was giving us a lot of trouble, to the extent of even crashing the site.

After 5 years we have decided to replatform to Shopify and we needed a new connector to our SAPB1. After a lot of research we decided to partner with Appseconnect. The implementation took more than we expected, but now that we have the connection between Shopify and SAPB1 it was well worth it.

The interface and functionality compared to our previous connector is a big improvement. The service and attention that we got through the implementation was top notch. We want to give special thanks to Ashish Jaiswal, Rajarshi and his team for his patience and excellent communication during the implementation process. We are looking forward to expand our connections to marketplaces in the future.

SapB1 to Shopify Integration

It's easy to access to on the web, previously we APPSeCONNECT from RDP which took more time.

Portal APPSeCONNECT has all the features that we need to sync our data from Microsoft Dynamic NAV to WooCommerce. This includes sync processes like adding products, updating their stock and prices but also syncing order's and customerdata from WooCommerce to Microsoft Dynamic NAV.

There are no disklikes so far that we have found for the Portal APPSeCONNECT.

Portal APPSeCONNECT has all the features that we need to sync our data from Microsoft Dynamic NAV to WooCommerce. This includes sync processes like adding products, updating their stock and prices but also syncing order's and customerdata from WooCommerce to Microsoft Dynamic NAV.

It's a nice and friendly app which help our bussiness in a new way, creating an automatic and a BIG friends to sales.

At the beggining, we face a little problems but nothing the team can't resolve.

The automatization of our bussiness in a new scale, going through a lot of manual process to more automatic ones. It was very productive for us.

We were losing so much time before we got appsconnect , I love it and specially the support after sale and all the team behind it

Availablility of technical consultant to guide us through all stages of the integration and support. Quick to respond and great with keeping project on task through to completion.

I have not encountered an issue at this point but in an effort to help them "continuously improve", I will update my comments regarding what I dislike about the product if it does occur.

We needed a solution to provide data integration between SAP B1 and our ecommerce website. AppsEConnect is facilitating the data interchange needed to seemlessly process Sales Order and Delivery activities.

APPSeCONNECT regularly provided updates throughout their work, which was quick on production despite our frequent requests for new features.

They work on a project basis, so when we stall on providing information or are pending data from another 3rd party then they continue to push for a result. Not particularly a bad thing though.

They created the integration between our ERP software and the new Shopify website that was created.
