It has everything that we need. There is nothing that I dislike about the software.

It would be perfect if they had integration with Trello.

Great if you have much visual content to deal with

We review a lot of visual content, from ads to site redesigns. This helps avoid misunderstanding among team members and not waste time redoing work. Also, we do not need to put away all work and gather to discuss each artwork: everyone gets the link, leaves comments, and continues working.

The tool is easy to navigate and has many file extensions. As we needed something simple and versatile, that was the best bet.

I'm looking forward to more integrations with more different tools

A great app, nothing to complain about. Once you get used to it (and it happened to me pretty soon), it becomes essential to your working process.

It is great to discuss designs and know that all notes and feedback will not be lost. Besides, some other functions like reports help us keep a hand on the pulse of everything that's going on with the project. We can work with anything here, things like ad material, site design, and so on.

We were looking for a proofing tool that allows working remotely. Because of pandemic, we can't discuss designs we need to fix in person with designer, and the tool solved this problem for us. Compare modes are the next best thing after the live chats.

Needs more integrations with other project management tools.

If you need a simple but effective design management app, this one is a bargain.
