Ease of Setup - aided by the great team at Appraisd. Roly helped me sell this system to the Board - nothing was too much trouble for them.
Nothing to dislike - a really user-friendly system.
The lack of high-quality Appraisal, Talent Management and Succession Planning within an FCA Regulated business. The system as implemented made this so simple and allowed high quality reporting. Managers become responsible for the succession planning for their teams - it was excellent.
Appraisd is easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do (and crucially for me, doesn't try and get me to use lots of other features that I don't need, or have covered elsewhere). Their customer service is also brilliant - we have a dedicated account lead who I can speak to or email with any problems or requests and who knows our company.
Very little tbh - it's splitting hairs, but sometimes the route into certain admin pages can be slightly cryptic, I think mainly because I don't visit them very often.

Appraisd is easy to navigate both as a regular user and also as an administrator. We like that it has the ability to add company logos and colors. We also like that it allows users to give informal feedback that is collected and can be used as a part of the annual review process.
At first, some of the notifications forms were not customizable, but now they are.
We use Appraisd to complete our annual 360 reviews, set goals, and give feedback during and after projects.
I enjoy using Appraisd because it's easy to navigate to the areas we've chosen to focus on as a company. The colours are pleasing and there is so much that is customisable as well. I like that whilst the Appraisd support team is fab, I am able to amend a lot of features by myself and try them out first before rolling them out to the team. I love that as an Admin, I can 'view' a profile of someone in my team first to make sure that the appraisal is set up as I expected and that I can easily provide support to my company at that level first.
Occasionally the wrong button has been selected when submitting an appraisal as the language wasn't particularly clear however, it's always quick to rectify and Appraisd have acted on feedback to make this clearer.
We wanted a simple but effective appraisal tool where we can log on, set up and complete appraisals and log back out. Appraisd, whilst offering a variety of fantastic tools, has given us this ability to focus on what is important to our company.
I find Appraisd to be really easy to use, both as a user and as an admin. I like that I am able to customise everything I need to from appraisal forms, to feedback forms and even the colour scheme. There have been very few problems I haven't been able to solve on my own and for everything else the support team were incredibly responsive.
There are one or two things that could be better, like some of the button placements (feedback request) and the inability to link feedback to an appraisal if its submitted separately. But these are comparatively minor.
In our last year we have seen an 80% increase in the amount of appraisal conversations happening which has been huge.
Right from the beginning they really listened to our needs and tailored the approach to what we needed. The system is so versatile you can design your own processes/forms with the assistance of highly skilled and knowledgeable staff. Rather than you working within system limitations.. The system works with your needs.
I have suggested that they may want to consider placing voice software for reviews into the platform so the system can be even more accessible.

Enables both Manager and employees to continually track their objectives PDPs etc. It's user friendly and engaging for all staff, our Team Leader has quoted it as the best, most engaging systems that he has used in his 10 years of leadership.
Enables our employees to drive their training and progression into the Company by allowing them to update their objectives, create check ins with their Managers, etc. All employees objectives can also link back to our companies overall objectives, Directors were very impressed with this.
All employees are able to give instant feedback to other colleagues, brilliant for team work.
No dislikes, but would love for Appraisd to incorporate employee engagement into their system and reporting facility for feedback

Used to have a paperwork appraisal process, which would happen only once a year. Now we are able to do this online, our staff will always be able to reference back to it. And we can also do quarterly check ins to ensure everyone is making progress with their objectives.
The new updated version of the software user-interface is reminiscent of facebook. As such employees find the software easy to navigate and complete their performance review. We are able to easily gather feedback as part of the review process which means we can identify and execute training interventions easily across the business
Previously the older software wasn't as user friendly but the updates have address alot of these issues.
This is a great tool to have as a digital appraisal process. It allows employees and managers to capture ongoing objectives and acts as a portal to provide updates on those objectives. The systems new feature of capturing feedback is particularly useful for in-the-moment feedback to ensure that feedback is timely and fedback to management.
We use appraisd as part of our formal and informal employee review process. Employees are provided with a different quarterly review form to complete within their employee life-cycle but managers are also able to use the system to conduct 1-1 conversations. The system allows for question prompts to aid discussion and to capture value able feedback and objectives.
It's such a simple, easy to use and easy to set up system with great online support. You can make it as complex or easy as it needs to be, with 360 feedback, reminders and development plans too
You can brand it and set it up as open or as closed as you need to, loads of features that you can set.
Loved using it and the team always helped online if I got stuck!

Didnt have more HR functionality tools behind it.... its such a brilliant system we'd love to have it as an on boarding, HR tool/platform as well.
