What are the best aspects of this product?
It's the only tool that I'm currently using for scheduling appointments. I'm a very busy guy. I constantly want to be given reminders of the activities I'm supposed to do. I don't like paying for a secretary.

The flexibility of their software and the willingness to adapt it from the top level. Other scheduling software companies I worked with were "too big" to offer anything other than their out-of-the-box service. Appointy is big, but still feels like a start up who is fighting for my business. Love it.
