AppoinmentCore allowed me to set up and schedule meetings with the rest of my team that were working from home and needed to be brought up to date with any new workflow.

There was nothing that I really disliked about AppointmentCore it was user friendly and easy to get started using the app along with other apps like Zoom, Outlook and Google calendar.

What it helps me resolve is keeping track of all and any appointments that I have scheduled and it reminds me that I have them. That way I don't miss anyone of them

AppointmentCore has been what I use to schedule all of my consultations, and I like how it integrates with Google Calendar so if I block out Google it stops people from scheduling on AppointmentCore.

The only thing I can really say about appointmentcore is that it sometimes has bugged out in the past where it blocked off times that were available on my calendar.

AppointmentCore is helping me solve the business problem of keeping track of scheduled consultations and it helps me get them on my calendar in the first place by just sending a link.

G2 is so dumb I just filled out literally every possible aspect of this review and it still doesnt qualify for the reward, I had the same issue with my last review it seems as though if someone doesn't select the perfectly curated answers you're looking for they won't be eligible for any rewards and you guys get in depth reviews for free. You can expect me to never do another review with you again. Yes I kept clicking next and answering everything until I got to the bottom, so no I am not missing something or doing the bare minimum

I love that clients can book appointments directly with me in real time. Appointment Core connects my calendar to my booking link and allows for automatic confirmations.

I wish the sms integration did not require a third party or had more options for the third party.

I can send a link for people to self book versus going back and forth to set up an appointment. I have also used this to streamline job applicants.

It makes it easy to allow your customers/prospects to setup appointments with you in an automated fashion on your website and integrates in with Infusionsoft for advanced segmentation and automation.

While you can bill for your appointments within the system, it is limited to Stripe. It would be nice if they could integrate in others such as PayPal or use Infusionsoft payments since they are tightly integrated there. You can use other payment methods but would need to do the billing prior to allowing the appointment being booked.

I use appointment core to setup initial consultations with prospects to sell my services. I also use it for my clients and automate their appointment processes including scheduling ongoing consulting or coaching products.

I love that you can create booking links for different people and for different activities. I love that an automatic email is sent to the clients.

When setting u you availability it's a little confusing at first.

It makes everything incredibly easy and fast. The set up is worth it and it's easy to use! You will love how it will make your scheduling.

We are able to schedule people and it links to our google calendar as well! It benefits us greatly to know have to keep sending email reminders as it does it for you.

I like being able to ask a client to schedule an interview thru an email.

I dislike how complicated it was to get calendars synched.

We use Appointment Core with Infusionsoft and find they complement each other well.

There have been times were my link has stopped working and I have had no way of knowing until a customer reaches out and has problems.

I like that AppointmentCore syncs with both my Infusionsoft and my Outlook. I can also have AppointmentCore automatically schedule Zoom or WebEx meetings when clients schedule with me.

When I have to change the password at work every 90 days, the connection between AppointmentCore and my calendar is lost and clients can schedule at any time of the day. I need to remember to go in and re-connect my calendar.

AppointmentCore is a great option to consider for your scheduling needs--especially if you use Infusionsoft. There are cheaper options out there but AppointmentCore gives you a lot of functionality that those other apps don't provide. It's well worth a look if you need scheduling software.

The back-and-forth of scheduling calls over email was tiring. Also, since AppointmentCore has its own reminders, I do not have to send out reminders manually any more.

Appointment core makes it super easy to make appointments with people no matter where they are located. I work with clients all over the US and AppointmentCore shortens the time to easily schedule an appointment. I also like that it is compatible with my Google calendar.

Setting up your appointment booking link can be a little time consuming and complicated, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier to create multiple links. AppointmentCore has many options to limit when and how often you would like clients to be able to schedule appointments, but the options can be a little confusing to get everything just right!

It's a good product that works well 90% of the time. It is pretty easy to use. If you are looking for something that allows people to easily schedule an appointment with but while also working with your schedule, and any limitations you would like to set it's a good product. If you are looking for appointment scheduling software, AppointmentCore is a great option to test out.

AppointmentCore eliminates any of the confusion and back-and-forth when tying to schedule appointments with a client. Not only does it benefit me, but it benefits my clients as well. Clients can schedule appointments with me when ever it is most convenient for them while also seeing when exactly I am available, whether they would like to schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible or a month out!

Set it and forget it kind of product. I really like that I can create multiple appointment core types to coincide with the different company calendars that I need to coordinate. The "check my schedule" feature is great for avoiding duplicate bookings.

Initially Help/Support section was bare, but programmers have since added some good content.

Makes great sense for InfusionSoft users looking for calendar integration & management tool

Maintaining a consistent calendar experience across multiple platforms and 3rd party software, like InfusionSoft. Works well for individuals as well as distribution groups internally.
