I really like this program. It is very easy to use and can do a ton of stuff. I like that you can set it up to send an invite when you place the item on the calendar and then you can set it to send a reminder. For the campaign I use this for we have it send a reminder with the call in instructions right when we place it on calendar, then it sends a reminder the day prior and then again 1 hour prior to the appointment. Now you can also integrate it with other calendar programs.
Well I dont think you really need as many types of meetings, such as 10 min follow up 30 min call, 30 min web, etc. But some people might think that is a good thing. I say keep it simple.
I would recommend this product highly and like it better than google and calendly
Because of my favorite feature of being able to tell it to automatically send reminders it saves me a ton of time having to send them out and try and remember and so forth. This way I get made aware of conflicts and rescheduling needs as soon as possible.
PROS: Better than Calendly; Customizable, easy to navigate, easy to manage.
CONS: I would love to see various colors on picking buttons.

Helps me organize everything into one calendar so there isn't any confusion between me or the customer.
There are several things I love about Appointlet:
- Sync with my Google calendar
- Ability to create different services that each have different availability
- Ability to add questions to my form for potential clients and clients to fill out when they book appointments
- Ability to customize the emails that send upon confirmation and as reminders
The only thing I can think of is that sometimes I block off my calendar, but for certain clients I would still be willing to take a phone call. However, there's no way to arrange this. I'd like to be able to block off my calendar but say that people with a certain code can still book during those times.
I purchased Appointlet before I hired a VA, so it was a great timesaver when I was a solo entrepreneur with no human support. I do have a VA now, but I still use Appointlet, because it does everything I need and allows me to assign her to other tasks.
That it syncs with my calendar so it knows when I am available, so no more back and forth - does this time work, does this time work? So much easier.
Sometimes the confirmation emails go to spam so then people forget about the appointments.
We don't have to go back and forth trying to find a time to schedule things. It knows when I'm free and offers those times up.

It often takes hours to receive a response from the Support Team to questions I have. It would be nice if customers were given the ability to add recipients to the invites at the time of the booking like they can with Calendly, and for us to be able to add multiple recipients to receive notification emails for certain bookings without adding them to receive all of them.

I like the ability to schedule my availability for the week, including different hours for each day. Appointlet compares my availability hours calendar conflicts, then offers customers appointment times for phone calls. It is a winning situation for customers and me.
Need the ability to create a meeting type that can use both pooled and non-pooled availability.

1. When working internationally I sometimes find that clients forget to change the timezone setting and therefore get the time mixed up. Perhaps make this selection more obvious.
2. I find it hard to see how the emails to the clients look. I have to book myself in order to see.
A fantastic way to save time if you are constantly booking meetings, conference calls, etc. Perfect for someone working in sales and have a lot of sales presentations.

Appointlet simplifies all of my appointment scheduling. It talks to my Google Calendar, Zapier, and Zoom. Appointlet quickly eliminated hours of weekly work in my business.
I would love the ability to add a group to an appointment without adding everyone individually. I do a lot of group coaching calls and being able to add all my clients in one and a copy/paste would be incredible.
