I loved the way we could no longer have duplicate appointments during the same timeline. Something sensible from an appointment management software.
Nothing i could think of at this moment. To nitpick, the platform could be more easier to use and better documentation
Avoids duplicate appointments is the main benefit I've obtained from appoint. ly.
It is really easy to set up and use! I can choose which language, and it automatically reverts to the timezone of my clients when they book.
That I cannot integrate Sumup as a payment application.
Clients from different time zones can book without me worrying about time differences! I only have to update my google calendar with the times I am not available. Even the free version gives my homepage a very professional look.

These are the core of the app and it all works exactly as I expect such app to work. Despite, I really like the UX, the design, and the reminders before the meetings. And I have to mention customer support - very nice, polite, and always ready to help.
CONS: It's not a really big issue, but as I have to write something, I'll go with it: Setting a break between meetings. When I set it, it's added automatically to all the slots. I think it would be awesome if it could be added only once some appointment is scheduled. But I don't know if it's even possible to make - I imagine it may cause problems when people would try to schedule an appointment for the different hour at the same time.

+ ability to merge a few users into one appointment type (for instance: demo on our website - one user to be chosen among the available ones)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sending back-and-forth emails. We used to waste our time on trying to find the time that would fit both us and our clients. With Appoint.ly, our clients simply choose what fits them, and as it's integrated with our calendars - it's always fine for us.

It's easy to use and keep track of ongoing apts.
Super easy to use app! We use to schedule about 80 appointments per month. Cancellations, rescheduling etc. is all in the hands of the user saving you time and phone calls rescheduling and setting client appointments. Also sends a reminder to the end user the day before their appointment in addition to sending them a confirmation when the appointment is set.
We initially set it up do use just the person's email address so we had to go back and make them enter their email and company name so that when we are printing/checking the schedule for the week, we know exactly who is coming.

User interface and simplicity to book appointments (it's easy)
I have answered a survey about this before. I dislike not being able to customize each link to a different time zone, not being able to make group bookings and not being able to choose which links are active and wchich aren't.
I simplify the process of students booking classes and it makes my life easier not having to organise appointments with them back and forth.
