Sometimes we receive notifications so late!

Earlier i had to make paperwork manually, and now it works in a few clicks, so it saves lots of my time plus saves all the documents at one place

I love the ease it is once templates are created in emailing candidates, forwarding to hiring managers for review. Currently we only use Applicant Stack Recruit, and I am impressed with how well it functions and how easy it is navigate from one function to the next.

There is really nothing that sticks out to me as a Major Downfall of Applicant Stack. It does basically everything that is needed for us to be able to post positions, review applicants, forward applications as necessary, create notes, review and track history, schedules interviews, etc.

I think that Applicant Stack is very user friendly, easy for applicants to apply online, track applications, schedule interviews, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Applicant tracking is very smooth with Applicant Stack. It keeps applicants up to date when we need to send them notifications, and is very easily accessible to new and returning applicants.

Integrates multiple functions, from helping distribute multiple job postings to various sights, and collects applications to integrate them for easy comparison and tracking during each onboarding step.

Completely easy to use; I highly enjoy the ease of use in posting my job to other websites (company site, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) Same with the ability to create other users that have access to the same job, that saves me time in having to send applicants' resumes to that specific job's hiring manager.

The learning curve for me was a bit difficult, but once I got the hang of it- the ease of use was clear to me.

ApplicantStack is a great tool to track applicants and move them to the onboarding stage. I've used this product for 3 years and our company has been very pleased with their customer service, pricing, and user friendly website.

It's hard to know where to go for every feature. It would be helpful if ApplicantStack had tutorials when you first start using it. This is mainly an issue for new users

We use ApplicantStack for recruiting and onboarding. During onboarding, AS solves the issue of providing a way for applicants to sign paperwork and return them to us in pdf format.

How easy it is to navigate and find everything

ApplicantStack is extremely easy to set up and use. We were able to get an account and create a job post within minutes. There are a lot of features to help customize your hiring processes and the system is generally very flexible.

ApplicantStack doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of other ATS software. However, if you are just looking to create a few requisitions and don't need the fluff, ApplicantStack is an easy-to-use affordable option.

ApplicantStack solved the issue that we were having tracking the skills and expertise of our contractors. I was able to easily create a requisition to put all of the information into and now we can filter based on skills which makes things super easy and accessible.
