We have found over the years that Applicant Tracking is vital to our company culture and perception. ApplicantPRO helps us with our planning, preparing, and putting our best foot forward. The team helps us in every corner with proactive support and is quick to reply with knowledgable answers getting us back on track when needed. The CS team doesn't push us to buy more items we don't need but do teach us about the option when appropriate.
So many pages and things to learn, but the team is always there to help and get us moving forward. The staff is always so good to work with. Outside of this, I can't think of much.
They help us with quick easy applicant tracking and managing posts for jobs. We are more productive because of the efforts ApplicantPRO help us with. We get more applicants from the right places and enjoy working with the teams.

CONS: I wish for it to have a mobile version. We are aiming for 24-hr process time and with ApplicantPro it feels like I have to be by my desk at all times.
PROS: What I really liked about this application is the ability to take notes and comment on the performance of the applicants in every stage of the process.
CONS: Too many steps to download resumes and some formatting issues.

I appreciate being able to send mass text messages and emails to candidates. I like that it integrates with Gusto which is what we use as our HRIS & Payroll system. It pretty much has all the features that I need and at a great price point.
I wish I could have a Pipeline section separate from the Active Job Listing section.
We used to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft OneNote for all recruiting. Having the two platforms made it harder to track applicants and the whole interviewing/hiring process. Now I just use ApplicantPro and have LinkedIn Recruiter Lite integrated into it so that I can see all of my applicants and their information in one spot. I can also highlight certain applicants and send their applications directly to the hiring manager from the ATS, which is great.
