What do you like best about Appbot?

I love how easy it is to select a time frame and see the ratings and reviews from that time. You can also export the data as an excel sheet and create custom dashboards only to show the information you want.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

There isn't much I dislike about Appbot. It has most of the features I need to manage and keep track of my app ratings and reviews from the Play Store and App Store. I only struggle with seeing the exact number of ratings for a specific day/time frame like I can see for Reviews.

What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since you can't sort by date or see what the rating was in the past on the App/Play Stores, Appbot lets you do just that. I can see what reviews posted and ratings were on a specific date and export that data to share with my team.

What do you like best about Appbot?

Easy to use, in the app you can save templates, it makes responding to reviews faster. The app has many features, like tagging the reviews, different filters, charts, etc.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

Haven't found any drawbacks, the app is perfect for a support manager

What do you like best about Appbot?

As a community manager, Appbot is very helpful for my day to day work as it helps me understand what my players are saying. It's easy to use, has interesting dashboards to review, auto-translation, and is quite handy when it comes to making reports.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

I feel the tagging of reviews to words/topics can be better. Currently, the tagged reviews seem not quite perfect and don't give a very clear picture of the problem at hand.

Appbot can be your one-stop tool for all things related to reviews & ratings. Ensure you understand your mobile app well and are doing the right things based on Appbot's reports.

What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appbot helps my team understand which games are doing better and how our own games are faring with every new update. It makes my weekly reports easy too.

What do you like best about Appbot?

Helps me to manage ratings and reviews for the 30+ apps I manage. Ability to easily export data or integrate with platforms such as FreshDesk and Slack to manage poor review response is a life saver. Able to set sentiments and keywords to get to the reviews that matter.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

Honestly nothing. Their customer service is insanely responsive; new features are dropping all of the time.

What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provides great visibility on the all-time ratings and reviews for our apps. Connects our CS team directly to reviews for quick response to the ones that need to be responded to.

What do you like best about Appbot?

Firstly is one of the most user friendly software that I've used in my experience. The information are clear and it is fast to retrieve what you need. Despite the 99% of the reviews on our mobile app are written in Italian, the translation is really good. Thanks to this, it is possibile to capture the main topic and the sentiment properly.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

Everything is really appreciated at the moment

What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

1 - I'm able to detect the customer dissatisfaction promptly. 2 - I'm able to manage the customers properly because I can understand what the needs. 3 - I can detect the main problems on our apps, address the problem to the right team (e.g. IT, UX, Customer Service, etc). 4 - I can improve my apps and company services (e.g. customer care) thanks to the reading of the sentiment of our users.

I like the dashboard, the ease of viewing recent reviews, ratings and reviews over time and the sentiment analysis. By far the easiest tool I've found for managing app reviews.

I wish it also allowed you to track app rank.

What do you like best about Appbot?

- very easy to use. great reporting to both get the big picture as well as dive deeper to understand/analyze customer feedback

- love the slack integration; it makes issues easily identifiable and triggers discussions across the team around how to improve/fix them.

- superb support from the team (the founder is actually responding many times to inquiries) to any questions, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

- not a huge issue but would like to be able to directly respond to customer reviews from the appbot dashboard

- increase visibility of customer feedback

- reduce time to fix issues

What do you like best about Appbot?

This system enables me to review a number of SKUs and their review performance on Amazon in one place. It also allows me to slice the data in different ways with some key filters like star rating, key words and date. Also very helpful when looking at specific sentiment or at reviews over time.

What do you dislike about Appbot?

It's not so much that I dislike it, but I wish they also covered reviews on other platforms such as Facebook, or PowerReviews, or YotPo.

What problems is Appbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to see the effect of different levers we pull for review ratings and volumn.

Overall this app is good. It also may have pricing structures that might be prohibitive for specific users. It may not cover all app stores and platforms, which could limit the scope of review monitoring and analysis.
