Easy to use, in the app you can save templates, it makes responding to reviews faster. The app has many features, like tagging the reviews, different filters, charts, etc.

As a community manager, Appbot is very helpful for my day to day work as it helps me understand what my players are saying. It's easy to use, has interesting dashboards to review, auto-translation, and is quite handy when it comes to making reports.
I feel the tagging of reviews to words/topics can be better. Currently, the tagged reviews seem not quite perfect and don't give a very clear picture of the problem at hand.

Firstly is one of the most user friendly software that I've used in my experience. The information are clear and it is fast to retrieve what you need. Despite the 99% of the reviews on our mobile app are written in Italian, the translation is really good. Thanks to this, it is possibile to capture the main topic and the sentiment properly.
Everything is really appreciated at the moment
1 - I'm able to detect the customer dissatisfaction promptly. 2 - I'm able to manage the customers properly because I can understand what the needs. 3 - I can detect the main problems on our apps, address the problem to the right team (e.g. IT, UX, Customer Service, etc). 4 - I can improve my apps and company services (e.g. customer care) thanks to the reading of the sentiment of our users.
I like the dashboard, the ease of viewing recent reviews, ratings and reviews over time and the sentiment analysis. By far the easiest tool I've found for managing app reviews.
I wish it also allowed you to track app rank.

- very easy to use. great reporting to both get the big picture as well as dive deeper to understand/analyze customer feedback
- love the slack integration; it makes issues easily identifiable and triggers discussions across the team around how to improve/fix them.
- superb support from the team (the founder is actually responding many times to inquiries) to any questions, I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes.

This system enables me to review a number of SKUs and their review performance on Amazon in one place. It also allows me to slice the data in different ways with some key filters like star rating, key words and date. Also very helpful when looking at specific sentiment or at reviews over time.
It's not so much that I dislike it, but I wish they also covered reviews on other platforms such as Facebook, or PowerReviews, or YotPo.

Overall this app is good. It also may have pricing structures that might be prohibitive for specific users. It may not cover all app stores and platforms, which could limit the scope of review monitoring and analysis.

I love how easy it is to select a time frame and see the ratings and reviews from that time. You can also export the data as an excel sheet and create custom dashboards only to show the information you want.
There isn't much I dislike about Appbot. It has most of the features I need to manage and keep track of my app ratings and reviews from the Play Store and App Store. I only struggle with seeing the exact number of ratings for a specific day/time frame like I can see for Reviews.
Since you can't sort by date or see what the rating was in the past on the App/Play Stores, Appbot lets you do just that. I can see what reviews posted and ratings were on a specific date and export that data to share with my team.
