For example, I want to sell or market to a company. Meanwhile, Apollo helps me a lot. I log in to the system and I can quickly reach the person in the title I want with the company's website address.
Although very rarely, some people have information, but the e-mail address section is empty. It will be much better if the e-mail addresses are complete. It would be good to make improvements in the e-mail address section.
We call companies and ask for an authorized e-mail address, but unfortunately they are usually not helpful. Of course they are right too. In the meantime, Apollo is very useful for us and we can reach the authorities in the company quickly without the need to call the companies.
Their platform, for me it's very friendly to look up contacts I need for my work, using the proper filters to narrow the search and get the exact information. Also, I like how easily you can find the companies, by simply entering the name, and you can get their logo (which is very important in selecting the correct one), and the information.
I would say it is slow sometimes when I create some sequences in the companies, or when I select the contacts I try to reach. Besides that, the platform works great most of the time.
Reaching our prospect clients, Apollo helps us to provide all the information and the facilities to reach them, we just need to select the contacts we would like to approach and that's it, we can have prospect clients by doing this. Other thing but I don't know if they're working on it, is that a lot of contacts don't have an email even though you have the first and last name. Considering the business emails are created by these two, maybe you can create a way to try getting the correct ones by doing a combination of possible emails to get it, would be very helpful.
Emails Credits is the most catchy thing which I like the most for Apollo.io it's really very usefull to execute daily campaigns.Thank you for offering this preference.
Most Dislike thing is that I get Disconnected after certain time period, I am not sure it's because of any loop or due to free trail.

The only thing that I dislike is that I hate that I didn't learn about this tool sooner.
