I am facing a problem with connecting to the freelancer on a video call Because everybody uses a different source of software for video calling, someone that software not having in their system they have to install register, etc, now anywhere work give you a better experience in video calling just share link no need to register, install just connect direct.

This software really is as flexible as they claim and it really does mean anywhere! My favorite part of is the appointment integration called Setup. It simplifies my schedule!

I guess what I dislike is there is a lot of Great functionality in the software so it does take a little bit to master it. Your tutorials are good but they're very lengthy, I think maybe a cheat sheet of some sort would help.

I love just about everything about Anywhere Works. I love that you can manage your time, your work status, take calls, use webforms and spreadsheet links, and transfer calls all with the one program.

Sometimes they make updates that I believe are too hasty. I think that one of the things I dislike is now when you have a repeated caller and you need to annotate a message, the buttons are so small. If I did not already know the order for the annotate button i wouldn't be able to recognize ut from the other two small buttons that are right next to it. It should go back to the version they had before or something totally new and different.

I would definitely try it out, i have worked in several call centers and this is by far the best software. It is awesome to have your softphone and script together in one window rather than clicking back and forth.

We use it as the plarform for our entire network and company pretty much. Almost anything that we may need to accomplish as employees, we are able to do in AW or with a quick link to a web browser.

Having been using Anywhere Works for a week, I'm a huge fan of the system integration that is visible throughout the software. Between being able to patch, access webforms, call, chat, and a plethora of other useful tools, it makes keeping track and keeping on track easy. I also love the ease of access regarding user scripts, which allows for one to quickly change roles from receptionist to scheduler to doctor's aid.

In training or learning programs, it is required to watch a video 100%. That means not being able to finish a badge (or a marker that lets you know that you've done the program) until you watch what might be thirty seconds of dead air wherein logos flash.
