I like that AnyLeads uses so many different routes to find leads. Through email finder, local businesses extractor, cold email automation, and CRM, you're able to get quality leads.
The lead scrapping isn't adequate. When using the LinkedIn scraping tool, it has to scrap 20+ profiles before getting one contact. The quality of leads has also been an issue.
We are attempting to build a more extensive pipeline of leads and generate new leads while maintaining our current customers. This tool has helped in so many ways.

It's incredible for how easy it is to use and set up. I found that the more I tried to do different things to more the platform opened up and had to offer.

Very useful tool to get contacts for outbound marketing campaigns. The database is updated and extensive.
The thing I like the most is that with the unlimited plan you can get unlimited number of leads which is something I could not find in other similar softwares. And that is it, there is nothing else I saw that is worth using anyleads instead of one of their competitors.
There are several things but overall this tool, despite looking pretty and the interface is relatively easy to use and understand, overall its quality is extremely poor. I will try to summarise:
Its lead scrapping is not great. It scraps linkedin contacts but its rate is very low. From my experience, it needs to scrap around 10 linkedin profiles in order to get 1 email address. I used some free chrome extensions like lead leaper or sales QL that for the same linkedin profiles can get me an email contact while anyleads for the same profile can not (unfortunately in their free versions I had to manually scrap each profile instead of doing it in bulk like anyleads or any other paid software does).
Quality of the leads is poor. From my experience, I would say that from the email addresses I got, roughly 20%-30% of them were invalid. They have 3 different "scrapping options", some will be more accurate than others and one of them they even warn you they will be guessing some email addresses so for you to be carefull. However, when using their "safe" option in which they are confident their results are good I still felt disappointed.
Poor customer service. Their "help center" is extremely poor with very little information and very out of date (most articles were last updated in 2017). Therefore, I usually tend to ask things to their support team (real people). Their support team is quick to reply which is great and are more helpful than their "help center" however they are not very polite. I had issues with the lead quality and with setting up my email address and the support team were very unprofessional in both cases, I believe that out of frustration since my issues were not being fixed they started replying in an aggressive tone and even started to reply in ALL CAPS.
Difficult to setting up email campaigns and see results. I use gmail and know a person that had this issue as well. You could run email campaigns in this platform but it is difficult to set up your email address and once you do it and finally launch your campaign you do not get any stats despite they have a whole section dedicated to your email stats. I raised this concern several times and they just tell me that their team is looking into it.
Their bulk operations function is not great. When cleaning your leads lists (which you always need to do no matter which tool you use) their "select all" button works poorly. Their "select all" option means literally select all prospects you have. Even if you filter out your prospect if you press the "select all" button it will ignore your filters and select everything. I also tried to upload some leads and their tool did not read well my file and therefore I had values in the wrong columns. I repeated this several times and it happened all the time.
Overall, I do not recommend this tool. If you use it, just bear in mind your leads quality will be poor.
Choose other tools, anyleads quality is poor and their tool is buggy. If you are to use anyleads just be patient and be aware you will get a big portion of invalid emails. I also felt is better to use their scrapping tools and put their emails in their validation tool. It sounds stupid since emails should already come validated but I felt that this is not always the case and it is an extra caution step to improve lead quality
