Our experience with Anvyl has been excellent, from onboarding to ongoing support. Their team was responsive and provided professional assistance, greatly impacting our operations and supply chain management.

The user-friendly interface and intuitive features of Anvyl's platform stood out. Navigating menus and managing orders became efficient, allowing us to track progress and communicate effectively with suppliers. The platform's intuitive design facilitated easy adoption and utilization of its various features.

Anvyl allows our team to stay in touch with every step of the PO tracking process. We can easily see where POs are tracking late/on time and export that data to use in our vendor reviews.

The current container look up system has not been as effective as our team had hoped. The container tracking ends at the domestic port, and doesn't give our team insight into final "mile" logistics.

Anvyl gives our team visibility into PO inbound dates, as well as provides a centralized platform to house all of our associated paperwork.

My favorite thing about Anvyl is its capability to allow multiple parties to communicate and collaborate on orders, share details, important documentation, etc. and keep each other accountable on all aspects of order management. Gone are my days of digging through e-mail to find important information. Everything is now centralized and I know I can trust the historical information that is kept safe within the platform.

There can tend to be heavy e-mail notifications that push from Anvyl, which can sometimes be overwhelming. However, there are settings where you can adjust which e-mail notifications you and your suppliers receive to help with this. Once you figure out the flow and the best way to filter messages, it becomes a lot more manageable.

Anvyl is allowing us to manage our supply chain a lot more meticulously. Instead of digging through e-mail to determine if suppliers received/confirmed orders, and the confirmed delivery date, we can easily pop into the purchase order in Anvyl and find all relevant communication. It also allows us to track milestones which is extremely helpful in knowing when our orders will be arriving. With a supply chain that runs very lean, it is very important that we keep a close eye on any delays, and Anvyl allows us to have much better visibility into this.

What I like the most is

Visibility and Communication: Anvyl is a one-stop-shop-for-all platform that allows communication and file interchange between suppliers and customers. It grants users visibility from financial documents, artwork, and product designs with actual purchase orders and shipment movements.

Customer Support: Anvyl quickly responds whenever I have any questions or concerns. They also have product team members actively looking into ways to improve the platform for a better customer experience.

Most Anvyl features only perform on the PO level and not line item level, and I heard this feature is currently being worked on and can't wait to see once it is released.

Anvyl largely helped reduce repeated/lost emails because it allows communication on the platform attached to the PO in the discussion. Previously we communicated, and interchange files via email and attachments get lost in conversations, and often we lose track of the specific PO/issue we discuss.

What don't I like about the application / ANVYL team?

Great product to improve operations / workflow for a cost-effective price.

The simplicity of anvyl is so nice and makes using the tool seamless, especially when it comes to incorporating suppliers/manufacturers. We also love the flexport integration for a clear sight on when goods are on the move.

Some aspects would be more useful if we could customize it for our specific needs. It would allow us to create more relevant and useful milestones, automations etc.

Po organization, planning, and placement have been made immensely better with anvyl. This gives the rest of the company sight into deliverables and landed dates to then plan the other parts of the buiz.

Total visibility for all orders and the ability to communicate to internal and external partners in one location. The ability to have files in one central location creates quick and easy reference when questions arise.

I would like to see more integrated tracking of shipping information, eliminating the need to search more than one place for order information. I would also like to see improved function in the search engine.

Anvyl functions as a purchase order management and tracking system, providing full visibility into the production of products and raw materials. We use Anvyl to help control the flow of product and to ensure that product is manufactured according to our production schedule and updated if and when changes occur.

Incredibly useful for document retention (e.g., quotes, BOL, invoices), excellent UI/UX, and fantastic customer support! And also very easy on-boarding.

Would like to see further integration with freight forwarders, so have a more end-to-end solution.
