What do you like best about Antavo?

It has a module to create different contests, campaigns, sweepstakes and other activities that encourage customer loyalty with our products. These gamification modules are created easily and in a few steps. It has a portal for members, where our customers can enter and place all the incidents they make with our products; their purchases, product usage, tracking campaigns and more, to receive rewards. It allows web and mobile access, so that customers have much easier to enter the customer portal and for administrators to closely monitor customer and campaign behavior.

What do you dislike about Antavo?

The system can feel a bit slow when entering new contest information and uploading files to the software. The integration with MailChimp was a pain, but because of a bug of ours that we were able to fix thanks to the attention of tech support. If they could expand their available language it would be great, so we could have the software in our stores in Latin America.

We are delighted with all the functions, tools and above all the benefits we have obtained with the use of this program. We have loyal customers who defend our brand, thanks to the activities and strategies suggested by the program. Without a doubt it delivers what it promises and more. Our growth as a brand and as a company has increased considerably thanks to the use of this software and the experience it provides to our clients. We have achieved more loyal customers with our campaigns and activities, achieving a growth in our sales and greater acceptance of new customers.

What problems is Antavo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Antavo has customer loyalty programs that make our customers and potential customers feel attracted to our brand and go beyond consuming it, to adopt it as a way of life. It also has a membership site where customers can enter and place all the actions they perform with the brand, to receive rewards. Module for the creation of various techniques for customer loyalty (contests, sweepstakes, activities, etc.). Portal for members, where customers can register and place the activities they perform with the brand and its products to obtain prizes. It has web access and access to mobile devices such as iPad, Tablet, Android, iPhone and smart watch.
