The Q&A functionality is a life saver. The platform itself is easy to use as it is very intuitive. Also, the customer support is very quick and helpful. There are so many features available, which make managing a dataroom very simple. All my stakeholders have adopted use of Ansarada because of how easy it is to use.

Ease of use. For someone who spends a lot of time in datarooms, ease of use is critical from a user perspective. Ansarada is intuitive and the customer services team is always very quick to respond
The challenge with datarooms is getting buy-in from management teams. I appreciate that Ansarada has decent functionality to do Q&A through email, but it is tough to to pull clients away from spreadsheets and sending Q&A in the body of emails, rather than through the platform itself. Anything that Ansarada could do to help with the education process would be great.

The platform is easy to use and very digestible to first time users. Ansarada boasts a large number of features which are appropriate for large transactions which makes it an appropriate platform particularly for sell-side parties. On top of this, Ansarada provides timely customer support whenever called upon through members of their help and support team such as Kanika Malhotra.
I don't believe there are many downsides to the Ansarada platform. One room for improvement would be to include a frequently asked questions tab on the platform, which could be used to solve common problems faced by users.
Ansarada enables us and our clients to securely and efficiently present key due diligence documents to potential parties to a transaction, whether on the buy side or sell side. The platform streamlines the due diligence process and allows our clients to complete transactions in a shorter timeframe than would be possible without the platform.
