Attendancebot integrates super smoothly with Slack. It took minimal legwork to set up and was picked up instantly by our teams that need to use it. The team and support are top tier!
Nothing springs to mind as a dislike! It could be good if Attendancebot recognised you were interested and browsing from somewhere outside of the states - e.g pricing or quotes in GBP.

Together with Slack integration AB provides a very good platform for managing remote employees work and tracking holidays and absences. It improved our efficiency in these areas a lot. AB support team responds really quickly explaining the functionality and fixing issues promptly, if happen.

quick streamline and ease for employees to take time off. add the time off notification to the outlook calendar for the whole team to see. payroll also referenced this calendar to add in PTO to payroll each week.
We love AttendanceBot's integrations; with our payroll platform, Gusto, I can easily send hours from AttendanceBot. While reporting, tracking overtime and seeing who is clocked in & out through Slack is most helpful.
AttendanceBot's customer support is great as well. They always respond quickly to a question and follow through until it is resolved. And the engineering team is very receptive to feedback - even building out some reporting requests for us!
We have used and researched several different time-tracking options since being in business in 2015, and AttendanceBot has been our favorite. It is the only one that has everything we need.
In truth, we had some initial issues or frustrations when we first started using AttendanceBot. Still, those went out the window once we became more familiar with the software and again, the awesome customer support and engineering team helped us along the way.
Since we have complicated wage and hour rules in California, AttendanceBot has helped me ensure we stay compliant by providing detailed reporting. We have also been able to manage overtime better with Slack integrations that alert us when an employee has reached that point.

Not a lot, but sometimes changing between Teams and website functions is a pain, but really that's nit picking.
