I can depend on them to solve any issue that arise with my travel bookings or answer any questions. Also, having a customer relationship manager with AmTrav has truly helped our company feel like we are getting the most out of ouyr partnership with each other.
Small lag from time of making or requesting changes to actually seeing it updated in the system. But just by a few minutes mostly. There is back end work that needs to happen usually in order for the change to actually happen. Now and then I see a flight, but my colleagues don't see it so maybe glitches then, but doesn't happen often.
AmTrav is helping us save money as we book travel for our executives. I can easily see what is the comparison in prices for airlines, hotels, and transportation. It offers efficiency when it comes to having the itineraries and all travel arrangements in one spot. Easily locate my invoices for accurate and timely expense management with our accounting.
The most helpful part of AmTrav is the ease of use for travelers when using A2B booking tool. Travelers can easily move through the site rather than get stuck in a more antiquated or overly complicated system.
I really don't have any. We've worked with AmTrav for around 5 years and in that time, any concerns we've had were immediately addressed to our satisfaction or beyond.
As a medical device company, we are in a highly regulated industry and when we handle travel for healthcare professionals, there are many moving parts involved. Amtrav makes everything so easy and organized. We used to juggle many travelers at once. As we have scaled up, we now facilitate travel for many more travelers, unphased. Its is very much aligned with operational excellence. The platform is so easy to use. All of our travelers have clear "guardrails" to stay within. Should there ever be a challenging case, their travel experts are always ready to assist with the grunt work. We never have to wait in queues, as their support is very well scaled for their business. And we never have to worry about talking to the airline.
At times, hotels or airlines are less flexible with enabling us to make changes directly. Luckily amtrav has releaseda new feature that will empower us and our travelrs to initiate their changes right from the platform.
We are able to apply company policy that enforce our travel standards. Gather is a great feature that allows us to apply "guardrails" at the time of booking to ensure everyone is booking travel to the correct destination, at the correct hotel, and we can see, at a glance, who all has booked for each trip, and who has not. We can cross an event off our to-do list once everyone has booked, and amtrav even has automated reminders for the users so we do not have to personally remind them of the booking needs.
The app is great. As an admin, I can do everything I need to do from my phone. Great use for our travelers as well.
It centralizes all of our travel information which makes us so much more efficient. Our spend is also well recorder, year to year.
We have been working with AmTrav for at least eight (8) years now. The Team from the agent to the Management Team are all accommodating, effective, efficient and ensures that our travel needs are met.

Our company travels alot since we have US based operations as well as international offices that the team will need to visit on a regular basis. AmTrav is my Partner in finding the best priced flight and hotel not just for individual travel but for Group Travel as well.

AmTrav is a great way to book business and personal travel. Very easy to use!
A2B by AmTrav is able to put the controls in my hands! I manage travel for several team members, and while we're not large enough to have established in policy/out of policy rate restrictions in place, A2B gives me the tools to keep things organized, and a fallback for assistance for my team members traveling after hours. While I'm still new to the program, I've found the customer service to be extremely helpful thus far. I also appreciate that AmTrav offers the more advanced features in upgraded plans as our company grows and our travel needs evolve.
I wish it had two additional features: a calendar view that shows me when all my travelers are traveling within a week/month, as an administrator. Also, while I love the comparison feature, I wish there was a way to email/share the comparisons with my travelers, who would like me to provide a narrowed selection of options for the preference/feedback.

Easy to book all in one place and have company credit card loaded in for flights. It's also connected to the system we use for reimbursement, which makes loading in flights that are pre-paid very simple.
I love being able to compare multiple air carriers and trips side by side in a matter of minutes. Purchasing through our corporate card becomes extra handy in ensuring I can book asap with no hassle. I also have the ability to compare the benefits of multi city legs compared to one city trips which is important in managing a territory.
The only dislikes I have about Amtrav is that I sometimes can find the the same trips on other websites for the same cost when I was under the impression that AmTrav helps us book at discounted pricing. That maybe my personal confusion. Lastly, sometimes AmTrav does not always share the best legs for air travel as they do not include all airlines in their travel. Sometimes airliners such as Allegiant and others are not offered.
Always compare routes with other airlines you know are not supported by AmTrav as you may find better offerings and more timely trips.
Similar to my previous answer, travel logistics have become simplified and I can now spend more time working within my territory then actually needing to organize my travels. This is especially helpful when booking one-way trips or travel into one city and out from a different location.

As someone that is new to the travel team, learning the process of travel planning with AmTrav has made the experiance not as intimitaiting. Everything is very straight forward and easy to understand, while still catering to the traveler's needs and the company's travel policies.
Changes to already booked trips seem to be a bit difficult to make, but has been addressed with recent updates. I am currently learning with AmTrav and I haven't encountered any huge issues.
It allows travel plans to be centralized, while keeping open communications with all travelers in terms of their options. Also, the personalized help and support that we, as a travel team, receive is amazing because the floor is open to ask and address any questions we may have. It is obvious that they put their clients first and are constantly looking to make processes easier and stressfree!
