I like how I can create posts for various social media accounts, and vary the content according to that platform's requirements and needs. And I can do it all from one spot. Amplifr also gives me the ability to add my custom hashtag sets, which makes life so easy when I have to add the same tags for a bunch of posts. I also like how I can tag my posts under various headings. Once I have planned out all my posts for the week or month, or for the quarter, I also have the ability to put them all in a CSV file (easily created in Excel or Numbers) and bulk upload them for scheduling. Gotta love this functionality!
I do wish that they would also integrate with YouTube -- that would help me automatically schedule my posts for when I make my videos go live. This would really make my life a bit easy. Apart from this, I really don't have much to add in terms of dislikes. They do keep adding features regularly.

I love how easy Amplifr is to use! As an agency, setting up new clients is a breeze. The API works very well for most large social networks. Whenever there's an issue, support is happy, friendly, and helpful.
Sometimes the API disconnects the linked accounts. It's not a big deal to reconnect the accounts though. Also, I wish they had access to post on Instagram.
Really consider what you need out of a social management tool. Do thorough research because there are many tools out there. For us, Amplifr is exactly what we need. Nothing more and nothing less. Very economical.

This is really a good tool to manage social media posts. It is very easy to use and has everything from Calendar to Post Preview to Tags. The schedule feature is a savior as we are able to schedule posts in batches. Also, it has got the highest number of social channels that could be connected among the peers in the market
App is not very much user friendly. One needs to connect social accounts only via the website version. It would be really helpful if they could incorporate comment alert. Also, some platforms get automatically disconnected

The support is not on par nowadays. Earlier when i was using the tool in the initial days the support team was responsive but now not so much. They need to hire more developers to improve the tool efficiency and overall development.
