When we brought Ambition on at Lync Logistics, we had immediate engagement with our sales team.

There is a good amount of back end work during the set up process. With that said Ambition provided all the support we needed to get everything set up very quickly.

Ambition automatically keeps our salespeople updated on their KPI's in real time. The gamefication and engagement is a huge bonus for us. Each rep knows how they stack up with the other reps continually. New customer acquision and growth has noticibly increased since we started using Ambition.

Ambition has been pivotal in my daily success. As an SDR, my role is fast paced and activity driven. Ambition has given me the ability to track the most relevant daily activity metrics to keep me on track, hold me accountable, and to visualize and make sense of my daily activity. It is a clean interface, easy to use and understand. Love this tool.

Honestly, Ambition does everything that we need to track our success and activity as an SDR. There is nothing off of the top of my head that I don't like about Ambition.

Provides me with the data I need to see where I am having most success and where I am not allowing me to work more effectively and efficiently.

The app performs well and our customer success rep Jason is so helpful with customization when we are trying to get more out of the tool.

I don't have any bad things to say, after a whole year have yet to have a negative experience as a salesforce admin managing the tool for our SDR teams.

Productivity tracking. Easy to look at and see what everyone is doing

Ive used it for about 4 weeks so i havent found anything i dont like yet. Wish it was color coded a little better

Maybe due to lack of experience on the platform, but I didn't see an option to create public tasks within the company.

Ambition is an amazing tool that everyone should ultilize. Gaining visibility to everything you need without having to toggle through different apps, super easy to navigate.

The least helpful thing about Ambition is probably the time it takes it to update.
